    This luxurious modern apartment is located on the front line in Puerto Banus, Marbella. It is bright and spacious (150 square meters/ 1,600 square feet) and has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bedrooms are large with high ceilings and mahogany floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans,crockery, cutlery and glass ware. The views from the living room and master bedroom look out over the marina and the sea and the beaches are only a few minutes walk. So whether you are coming for a romantic break or an active holiday the location is ideal. We have not rented this apartment before, only using it for family visits so it is new to the market. We live nearby so any problems can be quickly attended to. Everything Puerto Banus has to offer is on the door step; a wealth of facilities and attractions; including beautiful beaches at either end of the port, a great range of restaurants and bars, water sports, a casino, cinema and an amazing selection of upmarket fashion boutiques; there is also an El Corte Ingles department store here, the largest department store chain in Spain. Puerto Banus is definitely the place to come to if you are looking for a varied and busy nightlife scene. The area is filled with alfresco bars, piano clubs and night clubs. The port is lined with upmarket Spanish seafood restaurants, Italian eateries, Japanese, Chinese, Thai and good Indian restaurants too. But if you do want to get away from the hustle and bustle, the apartment is soundproofed. So just close the windows and lock the world outside. There is a market every Saturday throughout the year around the bullring which is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Here you can buy everything from handbags, to carpets, to clothes, music, jewelery and craft items.It opens from 9.00 AM until around 2.30 PM. You can take a boat trip into Marbella town and see some of the amazing beachfront villas along the way. There are numerous golf clubs in the area also.

The garden is yours during your stay. It is absolutely secluded and the only noise you'll hear is the occasional dog barking and lots of birds singing. Satellite TV with all German channels,all French channels TNT channels included, all international news channels such as CNN, BBC news & dozens more. Internet acces is with optic fiber so WIFI is fast and good. I live on site so can help you with whatever you need. On an other hand our street entrances are totally separated so we can also only meet when I hand you the keys and at the end of your stay.
