Don’t be surprised to bite into an extra half patty in you single cheese burger! The quality has remained the same over the years, and so has the service. A swipe machine is non-existent. One of the 80 employees will take your order, pencil down the cost of each item, tally what you owe, and accept your payment in this cash-only establishment. Afterwards, go to the Eau Clair Market Cineplex and catch a movie at one of the cinemas. Later on, enjoy the conversation of friends and family as you gather in the living room of your comfortable vacation rental.

With only a five-minute drive from downtown, it is easy to visit the Calgary Zoo, Botanical Garden and Prehistoric Park on St. Patrick’s Island in the Bow River. Walk through six acres of botanical gardens. Treat yourself to brunch at the Safari Lodge. The Prehistoric Park uniquely presents an image of Western Canada as it may have looked when dinosaurs roamed this area. The Eau Claire YMCA is located beside beautiful pathways, parks and the Bow River. Enjoy a swim; play a game of racquetball, or avail yourself of the fitness studio or workout areas.

A 5 minute walk. The Ravine the home backs onto is known as a family area, and has many walking paths.
