We have a ping pong, outdoor firepit, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, wood burning indoor fireplace (impossible to find in this area) and a 52-inch TV in the Great Room. The roof deck has an enclosed glass room with fridge, toaster and coffee-maker, seating bar and chairs that look out at the sunset and ocean, 4 dining tables and matching chairs that we personally shipped from Morocco, outdoor sectional couch and chaise lounge chairs, multiple umbrellas, roof deck has a nice, above code height railing. There are 3 spiral Staircases that lead to the roof deck both interior and exterior access. Our home has a Bertazzoni professional range, new Bosch dishwasher, 2 sinks in fully stocked kitchen, kuerig and traditional coffee maker, front-load washer/dryer, gas grill, and one Weber charcoal grill (Weber available upon request).
