INSIDE THE HOUSE The unit is upstairs in a small complex, and views over the golf course abound from the private deck. The comfortable, airy living area features a leather love seat and couch seating 5 and a 32” Vizio TV. A gleaming wooden table seats 4 in the dining area. Light the wood burning fireplace on chilly evenings and let the warmth permeate the open concept space. During the day, open up the lounge's sliding glass doors to enjoy Colorado's fresh breezes. The kitchen features pretty light cabinetry and granite countertops, a Frigidaire dishwasher and fridge, and a Mr. Coffee coffeemaker providing all the comforts of home. There are 3 welcoming bedrooms, the master with a king-size bed, guest with a queen-size bed, and 2 twin-size beds in the 3rd. Plenty of storage is built into the home for comfortable long stays.
