Let's take a walk..... ENTRANCE FLOOR Living room & Kitchen This is the "middle floor" of the house. From the main door you will immediately access to the lounge area. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker, blender, big set of cutlery, all kind of glasses, a variety of plates, bowls, cooking pans and frying pans. From this open space you have access to a huge terrace with sea view with outdoor furniture. UPPER FLOOR Two bedrooms for 5 people Above the lounge area, through a spiral staircase you will access to two of the four bedrooms. The bedrooms comes with en-suite bathroom. One of the bedroom is a triple room and it provide a double bed and a single bed. All the beds are box spring beds and very comfortable. Each room has a safe and access to a balcony equipped with outdoor furniture. From the balcony you have an amazing sea view. The bathrooms come with double sink and a walk-in shower. Towels, bathrobes and toiletries are also provided. LOWER FLOOR Two bedrooms for 4 people Through the same spiral staircase, one floor below the living area you will find two other bedrooms. Both bedrooms come with an en-suite bathroom which features as upstairs a double sink and a walk-in shower. This two rooms have direct access to the pool terrace. All the beds are box spring beds and very comfortable. Each room has a safe HOUSE The house is surrounded by stairs and terraces. On the west side, a fully equipped summer kitchen is on your disposal as well as a dining outdoor terrace equipped with table and chairs. On the same side, you will have access to a smaller room we call "game room" where your children will be able to play PlayStation on a big FLAT screen TV. On the east side of the house a laundry room is also available. This room is mostly used by the staff working in the house. The beach door is at only few stairs from the pool terrace. The whole house is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. POOL The 24 m2 infinity pool is available on the lower floor of the house. Its terrace come with sunchairs, beach towels. The external shower is just next to the pool. The house is equipped with “Sonos” sound system. Sonos is the smart speaker system that streams all your favorite music to any room, or every room. Control your music with one simple app, and fill your home with pure, immersive sound.

The all area is 60 m2. On the first flour there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and one wc. Three bedrooms have exit on the balcony. On the last, second floor there is a main bedroom and one tolaet.
