As Waterscapes is downtown, you are walking distance for everything Kelowna has to offer, beach is just a short stroll across the street, Restaurants, Pubs, coffee shops galore, ice cream, the cultural district, casinos, so much to do and see, you may not want to leave. Knox mountain is a short drive or you could walk or cycle, great for mountain biking or to work off that ice cream. There are Tennis Courts here for public use. See the beautiful views from the top, worth the hike, but you can drive up here too. Wineries are must when visiting Kelowna, Summerhill, Misssion Hill & Quails Gate are some of our favourites but lots to discover. Golf Clubs, lots of great golfing here too, whether you want 9 holes or the full 18 there are many top places to choose from.

Welcome to our carriage house at Poolside Retreat, our little bit of paradise and one of the few family accommodations in Peachland which has a heated saltwater swimming pool, open from the end of June to the beginning of September, (that is shared with our other vacation property ID 200918) The Carriage House, which is BC Tourism Approved, is for the discerning visitor who wants space, tranquility and privacy. It is located in a quiet area, surrounded by farmland, yet is within minutes of the beach and downtown Peachland. The Parrot Sanctuary and wineries are only a short stroll away, plus there are beautiful hiking paths nearby. Peachland itself is ideally located in the center of the Okanagan Valley which makes it an ideal base to explore the whole area and visit its many festivals and events, which include the Octoberfest at the famous Peachland Gasthaus on the Lake, Elvis Festival in Penticton or Kelowna which holds numerous events throughout the year. Peachland is also an ideal location to enjoy the many ski resorts in the area, famous for their champagne powder snow. Crystal Mountain is only 15 mins away, Apex, near Penticton, just under an hour and Big White and Silver Star, near Kelowna, just over an hour away. Enjoy a holiday right on Okanagan Lake. Our unit is dead centre of complex with large deck overlooking pool with unobstructed view of lake. At back of unit is another small deck overlooking Mission Hills and Quails Gate Wineries. Barona Beach is the Okanagan's newest high end resort. Unit look straight on to Okanagan Lake and over the pool. We have a deck and big windows to maximize the view. Our back small deck overlooks the wineries (beautiful in summer and fall!)

The latest addition to the poolside retreat is our top of the line 2018 25fb Airstream flying cloud, named. This is one of three accommodation choices at the poolside retreat. The Airstream affectionately named Gypsy Queen is looking forward to welcoming guests who will respect her and enjoy the beautiful private area created around her. It is suitable for couples who are looking for a quiet romantic getaway and those that are thinking of purchasing a camper but want to try before they buy. The poolside retreat also offers a seasonally heated saltwater swimming pool with diving board, accessed via the beautiful raised nautical boardwalk lined with fragrant roses and honeysuckle on one side and wildflowers the other. Also offered is an outside games area with badminton net set up. We want our guests to enjoy an authentic camping experience and provide folding beach chairs, picnic bench, gas fire pit, and portable barbeque, twinkling lights in the trees and can go to sleep listening to rural sounds such as crickets and birds. This is a unique opportunity to experience luxury glamping with all the amenities, whilst being a short drive away from downtown Peachland on the lake, lined with shops and restaurants.
