Being out on our oversized deck is where we try to spend as much time as possible and the stream is such a blessing to everyone who stays at our townhome. As is the spectacular views up the mountains. We also have a deck off of both our upstairs master bedrooms. Having coffee in the morning waking up to this idyllic setting starts everyday off great. Stay in our home and enjoy it as we do; plenty of indoor and outdoor space, our home is designed to be comfortable with 2 queen bedrooms, 2 baths, and a full kitchen that is nice to be in and use. Enjoy ROKU TV, in the living room, and master bedroom. The views from both the living room and loft are so wonderful; the loft is a nice space to sit alone and read as well. Large decks are on 3 sides of the house for all those sunny days to be outside, there is a picnic table and chairs on the front deck. On all sides of our home, you are in the forest, our front view is towards Wolfcreek Pass. Fairfield shopping is just a 5 minute drive away, we are about 1 mile off of the highway and about 3 to Fairfield and the supermarket there. Wolfcreek is roughly a 30–35 minute drive. For students of the Parelli Natural Horsemanship school, we are a 10+ minute drive from the center, very convenient. Pagosa Springs has so much to offer that the list is too long to include. Visit the Pagosa Springs website and Wolfcreek Ski area for many suggestions. Skiing (of course) designated cross country skiing areas, summer and winter fishing, the fabulous hot springs, horseback riding, hot air balloon festival in the summer, hiking and easy walks as well.
