We own this condo to enjoy and use it ourselves. What that means is you will find we have furnished our condo with the level of quality and the types of comforts we enjoy, and know you will as well. With the convenient location to the lifts and all of these great amenities, we feel this is the best deal you can find at Keystone. The Snowdance Manor is located in the heart of Snowdance Plaza containing retail, bars and restaurants. Snow Dance Manor itself has every possible amenity you could ask for: covered parking, indoor hot tub and pool, sauna, private ski lockers, full laundry facilities, and Wifi high speed internet. The condo is only a short 2-minute walk to the Peru lift, guaranteeing you a relaxed morning and first tracks. A short drive gets you to A-Basin (6 mi), Breckenridge (14 mi), Copper Mtn. (18 mi), Vail (35 mi), and Beaver Creek (49 mi). Sore muscles or feel like a day off from the slopes. Get a massage at the Keystone Lodge and Spa (a short walk) or do some shopping at the Silverthorne Outlets (7 min drive). At night there is no reason to leave Keystone, with numerous restaurants and bars, including Keystone Ranch, rated Colorado’s Top restaurant by Zagat’s. If you’re up for a dining adventure you can set up a horse drawn sleigh dinner. Our condo recently had an extensive remodel and is one of the best appointed and furnished units we have seen in the area. But don’t take our word for it, please look at the pictures and compare them for yourself- we think you will agree. There are two bedrooms (one queen and two twin sized beds), a new queen sized pull out and two full bathrooms. For the cooks, there is a fully loaded spacious gourmet kitchen completely outfitted for that big family feast, and a new dining room table and breakfast bar for space to chow down. The living room has a large wood burning fire place with a stock of wood, and a 50 inch flat panel TV complete with HD cable, DVD player, and Surround Sound. The balony opens onto a nice mountain and wet land view with chairs to relax in the sun. On arrival you will find a small book swap, our personal movie collection, top quality linens and towels, and a complete guide to Summit County created to enhance your stay. We provide some basics to save you from buying them when you get here, such as cleaning supplies, laundry soap, even cooking spices and seasoning, and much much more.

    Immersed in the pines and only 3 miles from town, you have the advantage of privacy, quiet and being within walking distance of Pagosa. A lovely and loved family home which is comfortable and pleasingly decorated with original art work and personal touches. We have been renting our home to guests for 10 years with great success and very happy guests. Stay in our home and enjoy it as we do; plenty of indoor and outdoor space, our home is designed to be comfortable with 2 queen bedrooms, 2 baths, and a kitchen that is easy to get around in. Enjoy TV and DVD in the living room, or the master bedroom; the views from the loft are great and this is a nice space to sit alone and read as well. There are large decks for all those sunny days to be outside, there is a picnic table and chairs. On all sides of our home you are in the forest, our front view is towards Wolfcreek pass. Fairfield shopping is just minutes away, we are about 1 mile off of the highway and about 3 to Fairfield and the supermarket. Wolfcreek is about 30-35 minutes. Pagosa Springs has so much to offer that the list is too long to include. Visit the Pagosa Springs website and Wolfcreek Ski area for many suggestions. Skiing (of course) designated cross country skiing areas, summer and winter fishing, the fabulous hotsprings, horseback riding, hot air balloon festival in the summer, hiking and easy walks as well. From cheap eats to fine dining, the village restaurants offer a variety of cuisines and tastes. Vail has two outdoor ice skating rinks and one indoor rink at Dobson Ice Arena (5 minutes). Throughout the year, the village plays host to all kinds of great events like professional ski and snowboarding tournaments, holiday parties and food festivals. When the snow melts, head to the community swimming pool and spend the afternoon in the lounging around. Along with snow fun, Vail has all kinds of summer activities like hiking on the Vail Area White River National Forest Trails. Booth Creek Trail (13 minutes) and Deluge Creek Trail are also a great way to see nature and wildlife all year around.
