The house has a spacious sauna, some gym equipment, and a swimming pool in the garden which is reachable from the 2nd living room (the swimming pool is covered, and heated in spring and autumn time. It can be used in winter as well as it is enclosed with glass doors). The sauna, swimming pool and gym equipment are used free of charge. The house is furnished in a contemporary style. It has two sitting rooms hence if the tenant wish privacy can have it. The house is centrally heated but also has a fire place which is burning in winter evenings.
