The home is furnished with two master bedrooms one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed. This means both rooms have their own private bathrooms for added privacy and comfort for the guests traveling with you. The King-size bedroom has it's own 40" Alexa TV. The home has a third bedroom with a queen-size bed. Also, we have a kid's suite with two single beds and is equipped with a 32" TV and a mini crib that is sturdy and has a very firm and comfortable mattress for the babies in the family. The baby bed can be easily moved to another room if you want to be close to your baby. The pool area faces south which means more sunny hours during the day and more fun for your family. We also included some pool toys for your younger guests to enjoy. Activities for the kids: We have a Foosball table that converts into air hockey. Also there are board games, pool toys and other kids toys. The community also has a playground that you can enjoy.

Our villa is a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom, Coconut Palm model built by Park Square Homes in 2016 measuring 3537 sq. Ft./332m2. We went for the option of the extended upstairs to give a larger loft area, two bigger bedrooms and enabling two further bathrooms to be added. This means our villa can comfortably sleep 14 people and this excludes infants sleeping in cribs so it is perfect for multiple families. It is south facing so you get the sun on the pool and deck area all day and with a conservation view there are no rear neighbours. Both the pool and the deck have been extended increasing from the standard deck size of 21' x 40' to 30' x 40' and giving a pool measuring 30' x 15'. This means there is 5' of deck behind the pool, which many homes do not have, giving more space to put your loungers. There are a number of upgraded features in the villa. The resort of Providence is situated in Davenport and about 15 miles from Disney World. It is a 24 hour manned, gated community mainly made up of residential or second home properties so gives the community a nice homely feel and also benefits from a Michael Dasher designed Par 72 Championship Golf Course. It is fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans with lights in all rooms, including a free standing air conditioning unit in the games room and has free hi speed 500 mbps wireless internet. Our villa is fully managed by a long standing and reputable Property Management Company providing added comfort knowing help and assistance is at hand should you need it. Our villa is decorated and furnished to a very high standard by a local interior design company to give that stylish, sophisticated feel but we also want to incorporate the fun element into our home so there are three Disney Park Themed Bedrooms. In addition there is a games room, incorporating a pool table, foosball, air hockey, dartboard and flat screen TV. There is also a Playstation 4 games console. There are 42" HD Roku Smart LCD TV's in every bedroom, with a 50" in the master suite. Most rooms also have USB sockets so things like portable devices can be charged without the need for travel adapters.
