This large 600 square foot walk-out apartment, with 10' ceilings, is fully furnished with all the items you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Bedroom with queen size bed, full size kitchen with all utensils for cooking, comfortable Living room with DirecTV, DVD player with multiple movies to chose from. On the outside deck, a hammock, deck chairs and table to relax with your favorite beverage and watch the ocean. The Spa/Plunge pool is shared with the owner. Included in the rental price are: A Local Cell phone for use as you explore the island, USB modem for Internet access (Wifi available), Satellite DirecTV, Personal Safe, DVD player with several movies. Caretaker/Security family live on the property, motion lights, with private driveway parking. Solar Power and backup batteries guarantee no power outages. Nice breezes year around so AIR CONDITIONING is generally not needed. Electric is included in one and two week rental rates, but AIR CONDITIONING is an additional fee of $10 a day if used. Monthly rates do not include electric. The apartment has its own meter. Highly recommend renting a 4 wheel drive vehicle for transportation as you will be exploring the eastern areas of the island that are not as developed, along dirt/gravel roadways.

All done in warm espresso tones. The AIR CONDITIONING keeps the entire lower floor cool when needed. There are 2 comfortable sofas in the living room tastefully accented with Tommy Bahama throws. A large flat screen Satellite TV with a Blu-ray player and an assortment of DVDs and Wi-Fi Internet throughout the house. The front lower deck is accessed by sliding glass doors that offer a picture perfect view of the ocean. Here you will find an island table for 4, an outdoor shower for rinsing and 2 Stand Up Paddle Boards. The tandem kayak is great to explore the ocean neighborhood. Does evening camp fires on the beach sound fun. Take advantage of the stone fire pit out front, roast marshmallows and gaze up at the amazing starlit nights. The large lower master bedroom is located off the living area, separated by two large wooden doors for privacy. Offering a queen bed, large windows facing beautiful ocean views, plenty of closet space and an overhead fan. The bathroom has a bathtub and shower and is accessible from bedroom or living room. The front and rear outer stairways lead up to the second bedroom. A new king pillow top bed with lots of pillows, large windows with beautiful views of the Caribbean Ocean, an en suite bath with shower and bathtub, two large closets, AIR CONDITIONING and an overhead fan. Outside the upper bedroom is a large private deck where there are continual ocean breezes and 180-degree views of the ocean. Handmade lounge chairs, colorful cushions, bench seating and dining table make this a perfect place to spend the afternoon. A nearby dive shop will take you out diving or snorkel, may even drop you off at the dock in front of the house at the end of the day. Afterwards you can sit back and relax as an authentic local island meal is prepared for you at home upon request.
