You will use one code to enter the front gate and any 4-digit code of your choice to enter your loft. -There is a video monitor doorbell in the room (and on the rooftop pool deck) so you can see who is at the front door and buzz them into the building (if you wanted to get takeout!). -You also have an Amazon Echo Dot with Alexa so you can listen to your favorite music, ask any questions you may have or listen to "white noise" while you sleep. -In the bathroom you also have a laptop size safe so you can feel comfortable locking up all of your valuables. About the neighborhood: We are located in the Romantic Zone on Basilio Badillo, it is the most popular street in town. There are lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and places to shop on our street. There are so many wonderful taco carts and seafood restaurants all around us. There are multiple places around us that the "taco tours" bring people to. If you are a foodie, you will want to stay HERE. Getting around: You will not need to rent a car. Uber is available and there are taxi's all around us. There is also a bus stop at the end of our block. Transportation is very easy :) We are on a residential street so street parking is the only option but its not hard to find a spot, especially at night. We are not able to accommodate extended stays.

It's easy to get here from the Puerto Vallarta airport, just a 45-minute drive through a beautiful tropical jungle corridor, to our little beach town. Beyond all the high-rise, all-inclusive resorts, you will find all the best of Mexico. The beach here is rarely crowded, and the three little beach bars offer a perfect vantage point for enjoying the stunning sunsets you can see daily. The building includes a state of the art fitness center, massage therapists, stunning lobby, wifi in all common areas, huge infinity pool, 24 hr security, concierge service and steps from the beach. This condo is on the upper floor, overlooking the ocean on one side and the mountains and city on the other. It is centrally located and minutes from downtown, airport, marina, golf, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, banks, etc. The unit has been professionally and comfortably decorated, and has a fully equipped kitchen with upscale appliances and amenities. The dining area seats 8. Reviews posted by previous guests: Extraordinary. This is a comfortable apartment with breathtaking views of all that Banderas Bay has to offer. As soon as we opened the door to come in to this stupendous and modern condo on the 19th floor of tower 2, we couldn’t believe the breathtaking views on both sides of it as well as the condo itself; on the living area side the marvelous sea and in the rooms side, you can enjoy the city views, it has everything you need and more to feel as if you where staying at a 5 star hotel, every room has its own bathroom, very clean and neat decorated, very modern, you will not want to leave, better than the pictures, we really enjoyed our stay here and staff is really courteous and always willing to help you. The kids enjoyed the private pool as well as the shared pool , and everyone loved the delicious home-cooked meals by Elba. The only sounds we heard were the ocean waves, which were so soothing. The property itself is clean and spacious, and there was plenty of room for all eleven of us. We’d love to visit again. Reva January 2023 The villa s everything we hoped for and more. I’d give 6 stars if I could. We were a family group of 7, teens, parents, and grandparents. Everyone loved it. The house is gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and beautifully appointed. We all adored the view, outdoor spaces, and private pool. The location is perfect - the beach is right there, soft sand, big waves, and lifeguard. The staff made everything perfect. We felt pampered from start to finish. Great food, daily cleaning, and responsive to all our requests. Highly recommend the all inclusive option. They made my mom’s 80th birthday really memorable. I hope we can stay there again. Jenny November 2022 The villa was a dream for our family vacation. The staff are extremely accommodating and provide top notch service. Every meal exceeded our expectation. The location is on a beautiful and quiet beach that was great for swimming and building sandcastles. The Villa has everything you could need for a beach day including chairs, umbrella, paddle board, life jackets for kids and adults, sand toys etc. The accommodation is clean and spacious and we easily fit 11 people. Ana made sure there was always fresh/dry beach towels waiting for us. There is a delicious restaurant 5 minutes up the beach but otherwise you need a 10 minute taxi to get to any other stores/restaurants. Enrique and Elba ensured we had all the groceries we needed every day so we didn’t have many reasons to leave. Kelly April 2022 We booked this Villa for our kids' spring break. It did not disappoint. The villa was spacious, the infinity pool over the ocean kept the kids in the water ALL day. The quick walk to the ocean and the community pool was beyond convenient. There is the best restaurant walking distance for amazing fish tacos and adult beverages. We had jet ski's come right up to the villa. The staff is THE BEST. Can't wait to go back next year.

This modern apartment is on the second floor and has off street parking garage for 1 car. The apartment is located at around a 10 minute walk from the historical center from Tlaquepaque which is the south side of Guadalajara, elected Pueblo Magico (Magic Town) in 2019. Everything is at walking distance and a local small grocery store is at less then 5 minute walk. The apartment has 40 mbs high speed and stable internet and the flatscreen TV is a smart TV and has Netflix as well. For drinking water there is a water filtering system with 5 stages including inverse osmosis.
