We have however also 3 dogs , which watch our property and are free to go where they wish. The dogs are good natured towards people , but still, children sometimes are over friendly with dogs might not be understood as such and therefore we advise you not to leave your children alone with the dogs when they go into the garden. ( Is not suitable for children under 5 years) Stazzu is a beautiful single storey stone farmhouse which has been beautifully restored and is at 13 km from the coast ,Costa Smeralda area.. A wonderful setting with stunning views over the beautiful countryside of South Shropshire. There are two cottages in total (see ID: 248857) and are adjoined to the owners 16th Century Half Timbered Farm House overlooking the historic Church in the picturesque hamlet of Milson. Our farm awaits to welcome you. This luxurious, light and airy self catering cottage in Shropshire is presented to a very high standard. Individually designed and furnished with care and attention to detail and enhanced by a mixture of contemporary and period presentation with no expense spared. We have retained a wealth of exposed ceiling and wall timbers and have added English Oak floors, staircases, doors and joinery throughout certainly adding to the “wow” factor. The cottage has comfort assured by way of double glazing and oil fired central heating. The kitchen is of the latest design with all appliances built-in. WiFi internet access together with 43” smart TV, D.V.D. Player and music system with iPod dock is installed. A 26” flat screen TV is situated in the Bedroom. We provide duvets, blankets, fresh bed linen, towels and bathroom toiletries, all included in the tariff. For babies and young children, cots, highchairs and stairgates are available on request. To maintain the high standard of accommodation available at the cottage, there is a strict no smoking and no pets policy within the accommodation. Excellent parking facilities are provided close to the holiday cottage for ease of access. The owners moved into the Farm in 2015, we simple fell in love with the house and the area. The two cottages on the property had been let for several years by the previous owners and we have taken over the running of the facilities. We are quite fussy individuals, and expect high standards when we have holidays so have kept that in mind and have applied this to the cottages. This has gained us 5 Star Gold Visit England award. Since becoming holiday let owners we have been overwhelmed by the lovely people we have let our properties to. We’ve really enjoy meeting and sharing our property and surroundings with other people who can appreciate it as much as we do. By day we are both working professionals, who arrive back home to our tranquility where we find solace in the garden; she with the flowers and borders, and he with his ride on lawn mower. We have 2 boys, 2 dogs, chickens, sheep and 2 Bengal cats who love roaming the grounds and the surrounding area looking for adventure.

A beautiful swimming pool in the center of the complex has a unique view of the valley overlooking the olive groves. A large room on the ground floor of the main house has been recently restored respecting in every way its country roots and is used for events. There is also a downstairs kitchen near to the outdoor pergola which makes preparing dinners for your large group very easy. We also have an indoor dining space that we fondly refer to as the museum room which is filled with farm tools and old photographs. This luxury location in Tuscany is much more than a farmhouse villa, and is ideal for your holiday in the province of Siena. No roads or traffic noises will disturb your holiday in the oasis of the farm estate of Castelnuovo Tancredi where Villa is located. The surrounding romantic landscape of Val d’Orcia is a mix of natural woodland and delightful rural views, with pastures, vineyards and olive trees, the symbol of Siena, that give excellent local Tuscan products such as wine, cheese, and extra virgin olive oil. There are great paths for walking, hiking, jogging or horseback riding nearby. Villa Argante refers to the main house and the use of the small cottage called the Fienile, the downstairs kitchen and indoor dining room. There is a high degree of privacy. We have had hundreds of satisfied guests from all over the world and we have a house book full of appreciative comments. We are spectacularly located in a prominent elevated position in a South facing valley which brings long hours of sunshine and a favourable micro climate. The house is approached by a lane which winds its way from the main road, crossing over a river by an ancient bridge and then winding upwards through olive groves to reach the property. There are extensive private wooded grounds which drop away from the house giving a real sense of privacy and peace. The whole atmosphere is one of utter tranquility – we are far from any major road and the only sounds are the splash of the water as it tumbles from rock to rock, the birds and the summer calling of the crickets. At night, we are far away from any light pollution and guests always enjoy the brilliance of the stars and the closeness of the moon. There is nothing to spoil the view and to witness a morning here is truly magnificent – the light has a wonderful brilliance and luminescent quality which never fails to enthrall. The living area is comfortable with sofas and individual armchairs, a hardwood dining table and chairs and occasional furniture. The kitchen area is finished and equipped to a high standard by an exclusive Italian designer and manufacturer. There is a wood-burning stove for the cooler evenings and the whole suite is centrally heated for winter use. The bathrooms(s) feature large high quality shower cubicles with ‘power shower heads’, wash hand basins and WCs with bidet showers. The bedroom(s) have new beds, quality linen and plenty of storage space. We have a 12 metre ‘L’ shaped and landscaped solar heated pool which has a good length for lap swimmers. We have an outdoor spa pool with wonderful views. We have a very well equipped gym and sauna (small extra charge for sauna). Please note, the owner lives in a suite in the villa as a caretaker.

Since the steps prevent cars from coming in this part of town, you find parking possabilities at the upper ringroad about 150m from the house. The house has been renovated recently and kept loving taken care of. It`s comfortabel for 4 people and of course children are very welcome. The kitchen has all you need, the bathroom is small but complete. Wooden stairs lead to the first and second flour where you find a bedroom with two single beds and a large attic bedroom with a double-bed.
