However a short trip to Crete and visit to the house again had made their magic and it was my son that convinced me to just try and renovate as much as I can. Indeed the renovation started late September and it finished late April. It has been a very rocky path with tears and sleepless nights. Because I was here in England and not there. However my cousins were there and I’m grateful that they’ve helped me endlessly. Also the technology worked out to be useful so live messages and video calls with my workmen was daily routine .
