    Our property is located 10 minutes from Stiges and 35 minutes from Barcelona, in the typical Catalan town Olivella. Quiet and homely, newly renovated. There are 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, swimming pool, 2 terraces, garden and barbecue, ready for you to spend good and relaxing family days. We rent the house to groups between 6 and 12 people. There fit 2 people in every room. The rooms that are not going to be used will be locked. For example, if you book the house for 6 people, you will have 3 rooms at your disposal; if you book for 8 people, you will have 4 rooms; remaining rooms are locked. However, the rest of the house will stay always at your disposal (living rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, swimming pool...), without any restriction. Babies are considered part of the group, but their stay is free. We have 2 baby cots in case you need them, completely free. Kids using regular beds are counted for the total amount of people, paying as an adult. The hostess owns this house 15 years ago. On 2019 she decided to renovate the house and rent it for family vacations to people from other places who want to spend some quiet and simple days in a family atmosphere. Of course, the house is rented completely free of other tenants and only to reservation groups. Quiet area and highly valued because it is very well connected and at the same time is an area away from noise. The houses around are inhabited by families. It is not the typical tourist area extremely crowded where you cannot walk, noisy and chaotic. This is a very consolidated quiet area. Although if you wish to look for party, you will find it 10 minutes from home. Here prevails tranquility.

The apartment, located on the fourth floor of the building (with elevator), is airy and full of light thanks to its high position and many windows with views over the sea, the town centre and the beautiful arch of the Amalfi Coast with Amalfi and Ravello in the distance. It also features a strategic location being at only few meters away from the SITA bus stop and the little harbour of Maiori from where guests can leave for excursions or day trips to Positano, Amalfi, Salerno and the islands of Capri and Ischia ( This service operates during April-October). Staying at this Casa, a car is not necessary. But if you have a car , it is possible to park , at the daily cost of Euro 20 , in a private parking lot which is reachable by walking about 10 minutes (situated at about 800 mts away) . The interior is not luxury but perfectly adequate and functional. It preserves its soul of holiday house used by the owners during the summertime , keeping some antique pieces and owners belongings , but all the modern comforts such as Wi-fi internet connection, Tv, air conditioning units, washing machine , dishwasher, electric blinds etc have been added to ensure a pleasant holiday. Accommodation (approx. 90 sq. M. Indoor): The accommodation is suitable for 4 people. The front door gives access onto a small corridor. You will be able to enter all the rooms form this corridor The first room you will meet is a large double bedroom with a matrimonial bed ( on request, can be split into two twin beds ) , a wardrobe, an air conditioning unit and a window opening onto the roofs of the numerous buildings surrounding the apartment. Then, the fully equipped kitchen with the same view over the roofs. It features a table seating 4 people, a full size fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, an electric oven, 5 burners-cooker and all the modern appliances. A French doors opens onto a small terrace The modern spacious bathroom has been recently restored and tastefully adorned with white and black majolica tiles. It is equipped with a glass enclosure shower, a bath tub, a washbasin and toilet . Here you will also find a hairdryer,a washing machine and iron with ironing board The living/dining room is simply and comfortably furnished with a table seating 4 people, a flat screen TV, a sofa for 3 people, an air conditioning unit and a French door opening onto a L-shaped terrace with sea view which hosts a table with 4 chairs for outdoor meals. The second bedroom is a double. It comes with a matrimonial bed, a chest of drawers, 2 armchairs, an air conditioning unit and a window overlooking roofs and the sea in the distance. Finally, a small bathroom which is equipped with a glass enclosure shower, a washbasin and a toilet .
