Master bedroom has 2 person jacuzzi tub, flat screen 40" TV, full bathroom with shower. Second master has 27" TV and 24" TV hooked to Xbox/DVD player, queen bed, sofa which opens to full size hide a bed and two easy chairs with end and coffee table. Bar sink with coffee maker. Full second bathroom has walk in shower. Main floor living room houses another full size hide a bed, arm chair, 42" flat screen TV, gas fireplace, dining room table and kitchen that is fully stocked with all dishes, cookware, basic spices, food wrap, baggies, tupperware, complementary coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Wrap around deck has patio table and chairs with extra chairs and sitting areas, full size gas bar b q. Main floor laundry, front load units, huge entrance area into unit that is on ground level and ample room for parking. This unit feels like home without the feeling that you are in somebody's space. All towels, hand soaps, dish soaps, tea towels etc are provided, even beach towels for the hot springs. We take bookings for anytime of year, and have a min 3 night stay in low season and 5 night min in high season. Come to the mountains and sit on one of the three decks and take a breath of fresh air and take in the glory of the mountains!! There are about 10 golf courses within a 30 min drive, and 3 courses within a 5 minute drive. This complex borders Mountainside Golf Course, 17th fairway, Riverside and Creekside are a 3 minute drive. 20 minutes takes you to Copper Point, Copper Ridge, Eagle Ranch. Radium resort course and the Springs are another ten minutes. One hour takes you to St Eugene, Trickle Creek, Shadow Mountain. The ski hill of Fairmont is perfect for the family and is a 10 min drive up the mountain, and Panorama is a mere 40 min away. Kimberley and Cranbrook are 50 min. The world famous Fairmont Hot Springs Pools are a 5 minute hike up the hill or a 2 minute drive. After a day of fun, return home to relax in the condo with everything you could possibly need. It feels and looks like home...A place to relax, regroup, recoup in a busy hectic life. Staring at mountains is like staring at a fire...It has healing and calming powers.
