To go to the beach, simply come down the elevator to our lobby, walk across our patio and just a few steps away is the start of the Famous Waikiki Beach. The new Kitchen includes Granite Counter tops, new cupboards, new full size fridge, microwave, stove, Keurig Machine, blender, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, Rice Cooker, Electric Skillet, pots and pans. There are a many wonderful restaurants less than a block away, but you also the option of eating in if you prefer. In the evening, grab yourself a glass of wine and sit on our lanai, enjoy the wonderful City & mountain views of Honolulu and Waikiki and watch the Rainbows on the mountains. This condo is NOT the size of a small Hotel room. There is 500 Sq foot of space and 120 Feet of Lanai. Yet it is priced the same as a hotel room. This condo can accommodate up to 4 guests and is idle for 2 adults and two children. The condo has a king size bed with a new pillow top mattress and is complete with Head board and foot board with End Tables on each side of the bed with a reading lamp on each one. The End table shelves are full of books for guests to enjoy. The Sofa Bed in the living room is ideal for kids. When we renovated the condo a few years ago, we removed the dividing wall between the living room and bedroom to give the condo and open feel because 95% of our guests are couples. (2 people) The courtyard features beautiful mature trees & scrubs. The large, open patio by the Ocean is a great place to relax. This is also a wonderful place to watch the Friday night Fireworks or order some food and drinks from Cinnamons Restaurant which is onsite. This condo also features a large tiled lanai with tables and chairs with the views of the city and mountains. Also, for your enjoyment, there is a large lobby on the main floor where our guests can wind down or read a book or just visit friends. TELEPHONE: We provide Free telephone with long distance to USA and Canada. INTERNET: We provide Free WiFi service. No need to rent a car here, You are close to everything. The bus stop is right in front of the building and so are the taxis. For $2.50 the bus will take you all around the Island. The apartment is conveniently located and is close to all major points, such as the Ala Moana Shopping Centre, one of the largest shopping malls in the state, is a 15 minute walk. There are many shops and two restaurants on-site, including Kuai Market for consumables. Also, there are many restaurants, such as Red Lobster, Steakhouse, Outback Restaurant, Charthouse & Wailana 24 hour restaurant, Starbucks, McDonalds, Thai Restaurant, Indian Restaurant, coffee shops, mini marts within a block of the condo. The Bathroom has a shower unit only which makes it very easy for our elderly guests to get it and out. -

The home is decorated with a tropical flare and your comfort in mind. **The optional downstairs one bedroom suite has over 580 square feet for larger groups (only rented with main home, we do not rent it by itself). The home is located- 43 miles (1 hour 15 minutes) from the Kona Airport 35 miles (1 hour) to Kailua-Kona 63 miles (1 hour, 20 minutes) to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park 3 miles and a 20 hike to the nearest beach Honomalino 25 miles (35 minutes) to Ho'Okena Beach Park (drive up beach) 2 miles to shoreline (no beach at the shore line) 91 miles to Hilo (1 hour 57 minutes) 14 miles (19 minutes) to the nearest store in Oceanview 40 miles (1 hours 10 minutes) to Costco We chose a one acre parcel in Milolii because of the arid, warm, sunny climate. The beautiful ocean views, the winter whale watching and the starlit nights drew us to the rural area. My wife and I built this home ourselves with very little outside help. It was an experience of a lifetime, and worth all the sweat and tears to create such an amazing home. -

We are one flight of stairs up from the parking level, many third floor units have two flights. Our condo is stocked and decorated as a second home, cozy, warm and inviting, not a cold corporate space, put your feet up and reeelax. Just a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach and Whalers village. The unit has central air-conditioning (new owner air handler unit installed 1/19, and the complex replaced the chilled water plants in 2019) and a wonderful huge lanai, full size clothes washer and dryer, we provide all linens including beach towels. You will find many beach toys such as boogie boards, floats, chairs, and misc. Snorkel equipment for your use. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware to make just about anything. We have probably 3x the amount of dishes than a typical unit, less washing. Both bathrooms are modernized as of 2019. We also replaced the big lanai sliding doors, which is an issue in most KR units. Remodeled kitchen in 2021. Other important notes: Ka'anapali Royal charges a $22 per day facility fee, up to 7 nights or $154 maximum...Even if you stay a year it's $154. Compare that to "resort" fees at most other condos. We charge a $189 per stay cleaning fee, probably one of the lowest. We do our best to stay competitive on rates. Feel free to contact me for discounts...Usually I can cut the nightly rate for stays over 9 nights and in the slower seasons such as May, August, Sept into Oct.
