Beside it, the galley-style kitchen offers a lovely gas range and all the equipment you’ll need to cook including a stove/oven and dishwasher. Down on the first floor you can access the community pool - there is a hot tub, pool, and a flock of lounge chairs, for those days when the beach is just too far. OUR LOCATION Life at the beach is just better - especially one as vibrant as Venice Beach, and our home is walking distance to Venice Pier. At Marina del Rey you can book a champagne brunch cruise (highly recommended!) or visit the Fisherman’s Village just across the marina. The Village hosts free concerts on Saturdays and Sundays, from 1-4 pm. You’ll never have to look far for great food. Just across the marina is SALT, a favorite new American spot. Even closer is happy hour at Killer Shrimp, just 1 mile from your door. There are bikes waiting for you in the garage, and it’s less than a 5-mile ride down the beach to Santa Monica, with the Sunday Farmers Market on the way. INSIDE THE HOUSE Enter into a marble-floored foyer. The great room is to the right; there 8 can relax on leather furniture and watch TV on the 50” flatscreen. There’s also baby grand piano and foosball table. Enjoy group meals at the marble table and pour cocktails at the adjacent bar. Expecting an important email A computer at the bar is yours to use. Sliding glass doors look out onto the backyard and gorgeous Nichols Canyon. Grill out on the propane BBQ and enjoy your meal at the full patio dining set, which also features a spectacular cliff-side seating area, infinity pool, and hot tub. Back inside, a fully equipped open kitchen awaits whatever meal you crave. The roomy kitchen has granite countertops with bar seating for 4, a gas range, and stainless steel appliances. If a feast is in order, just unfold the 2 extra tables and chairs in the breakfast room. You’ll also find a small powder room on the lower level. Bedrooms are upstairs, each boasting a glorious view of the canyon and balcony access. The master features a California king-size sleigh bed, 46” wall-mounted flatscreen, and a roomy en suite bath with his-and-hers sinks, a standing shower, and jetted tub in front of a bank of windows overlooking downtown LA. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are both furnished with queen-size beds and 27” flat-screens; these share the full upstairs bathroom. THE LOCATION We are located right on Mount Olympus, overlooking the Hollywood Hills and downtown LA. Wind your way down Mulholland Drive to Universal, Warner Brothers, and Walt Disney Studios; CBS Studio Center is 15 minutes down Laurel Canyon Drive. You’ll find excellent eats in Hollywood Hills, from food trucks to top-notch Italian to oyster bars. There’s lots more of LA to see, both nearby and farther afield. Check out the historic Hollywood Bowl, take a day tour, or get out of town and take off for Santa Monica Beach, a 40-minute drive away.

The downstairs bathroom is wheelchair accessible and has a glass shower/tub combo. You’ll also find the 3rd bedroom downstairs, with 2 twin beds and a 24” TV. Upstairs, both bedrooms share the Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a double sink vanity and tub/shower combo. The master bedroom has a desk and California King bed, full mirrored closet, 32” satellite, and a balcony overlooking the street. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed and handsome matching leather furniture. THE LOCATION It’s a 5-minute stroll down to South La Brea Avenue, where popular restaurants and live music venues stand side by side with art galleries and shops. INSIDE THE HOUSE Enter into a spacious living room where a plush sofa, tasteful futon that sleeps 2 and oversized armchair with matching ottoman are perfectly arranged around a gas fireplace. Warm hues and stylish decor lend Golden Coast energy to this well-lit space that leads into the kitchen. Double doors open onto the serene bamboo garden. Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and attractive black tile counters, the kitchen includes a four-person dining area where bright red cabinetry adds a splash of color and chic padded chairs are arranged around a glass-top table with bamboo placemats. A master bedroom sleeps 2 in a king sized bed. This airy room features neutral and tasteful furnishings and offers an en-suite bath with white cabinetry and a bathtub separated by a privacy curtain. The bathroom is only accessible via the master bathroom, any guests will access the bath through the bedroom. THE LOCATION This truly is the playground of the stars. Surf, swim, cycle or just enjoy a spot of people watching along this iconic strip of California coastline. Take a short 12-minute walk to shops, restaurants and legendary theatres in Westwood Village, or time your visit here to see a Hollywood movie premier roll into town. In the district just east of Westwood, you’ll also find world-famous movie landmarks, including the Walk of Fame. We’re also just a 3-minute drive or a short walk from UCLA, while our location along Wilshire Boulevard means you’re just a short stroll from a host of designer consignment stores and great local eateries. After a busy day of sightseeing, recharge the batteries back at the condo. Sink into comfy sofa chairs in a conversation area, watch movies on a 50” flat screen and catch the sun on a balcony offering fantastic views of the local neighborhood. INSIDE THE CONDO Polished hardwood floors flow throughout a contemporary living space split into two distinct areas. A conversation area has two large sofa chairs, two single butterfly chairs and a small coffee table. Sliding glass doors lead to a balcony offering fantastic views over Wilshire Boulevard. The other side of the room has a sofa group that comfortably seats 4 and pulls out to convert as a bed. A huge 50” flat screen sits opposite the sofa, while a couple of carved wood tables offer a handy spot to rest drinks or prop up feet while watching movies. Nearby, a compact and functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances comes with plenty of utensils and cookware, all within easy reach. Steps away, a spacious dining area has a long glass table with 6 stylish brown leather chairs. Enjoy a relaxing night’s sleep in a master bedroom with hardwood floors, a luxe Queen size bed and a full-length glass door closet. A large triple dresser provides plenty of extra storage space. The larger guest bedroom features two Queen size beds, a big triple dresser and offers instant access to the second bathroom. LOCATION Walk 12 minutes and spend the day wandering around the legendary Westwood Village. This buzzing neighborhood is home to boutique shops, fabulous dining and world-class art and theatres, including the Geffen Playhouse and iPic Theater. Iconic Santa Monica Beach is just a 15-minute drive away. Grab your board and hit the surf, work up a sweat playing volleyball, cycle along the beach bike path or get loose and limber with a spot of beachside gymnastics. Closer to home, drive 8 minutes to Douglas Park and enjoy strolling in the sun around its glittering reflecting pools.
