Huntington Beach is a city in Orange County, Southern California. Celebrated for its sandy beaches; it is a favourite for surfers across the globe. It is unofficially considered the Surf City of the USA, and is home to some of the best surf breaks in the US, as well as the International Surfing Museum. Huntington Beach also offers great entertainment and family-friendly activities as well. The downtown area is well-known for its art and artists, and a vibrant shopping scene as well. Huntington Beach’s Central park is beautiful with native wildlife and lush green foliage. The park is quite large, and makes for a nice day evening visit. It is also the location of the Huntington Central Park Equestrian Centre, which offers horse rentals on guided trails. The park also makes for a nice bike ride, with many trails for each level of skill, not to mention the trails outside of the park as well. Our one bedroom home with full bath is within the wooded area of Mount Helix. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, large closet with all amenities. This property is very private and quiet with beautiful surroundings, lots of places to sit and enjoy the garden or the early morning wildlife. Walk out onto the wrap around porch which over looks the pool and amazing views of the hillsides of Mount Helix. This one acre property also has a studio adjacent to the main house which is sometimes rented as a vacation rental as well (a max of 2 adults) I will most likely be on the property some of the time maintaining it, if so I stay in the private guest house. So at any given time there might be a max of 5 adults on my property. Ask at time of renting how many adults will be on property. When you come to sunny Mt. Helix you’ll enjoy the savings on your accommodations & see sunshine everyday. Be sure to visit the top of Mt. Helix for a 360 degree view of San Diego.
