Rent a vacation rental home in Idaho, USA. Idaho is a rugged mountain state in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. Nestled in the Rocky Mountains with forests, snow-capped mountains, desert areas and white-water rivers, Idaho is known for its natural beauty and wilderness and is a mecca for outdoor recreation enthusiasts. The state contains massive National and State Parks.

Idaho is divided into seven regions, each with distinct geography and offering outdoor activities ranging from white-water rafting to world class skiing. Boise, the state capital is a great base from which to enjoy all of Idaho’s activities. It offers a large number of accommodation options, ranging from condo rentals to apartment rentals. Other cities that offer accommodations include Coeur d’Alene, which is surrounded by pristine recreational lakes, Idaho Falls, which is in the agricultural centre of Eastern Idaho, Moscow, which is home to the University of Idaho and Sandpoint, which offers skiing and lake activities. Many tourists arrange their holiday by staying in one of the condo rentals, villa rentals, apartment rentals or other vacation lodgings that are available in these cities. In winter, chalet rentals outside of the major cities are popular.

Idaho has long been known as offering excellent skiing. It is home to one of the first ski resorts in the United StatesSun Valley – and offers many opportunities for chalet rentals on and off the hills. In summer, Idaho offers great golf courses, especially around Coeur d’Alene.

In the summer, tourists come to Idaho to visit Yellowstone National Park, one of the most majestic national parks. It is filled with hot springs and geysers and offers breathtaking scenery. Visitors also take in the Craters of the Moon National Monument, a volcanic park with lava tubes to explore. Hells Canyon is an impressive site as well. It is much deeper than the Grand Canyon and follows the Snake River through the state.
While characterized by its mountains and canyons, Idaho is also an impressive agricultural state. It is world famous for its potato crops, which cover vast areas of Eastern Idaho. The state’s licence plates bear the motto “Famous Potatoes”. Northern Idaho has plains of wheat and barley.

There are no direct international flights into or out of Idaho, however Boise State Airport is served by many domestic airlines and has flights from most major western US cities. Northern Idaho is served by Spokane International Airport, 30 kilometers across the border into Washington State .
Idaho is easily accessible by car, with a number of major interstate highways passing through the state. As the state contains many high mountain passes it is advisable to check conditions in advance in winter as many passes close for inclement weather.

Whether it is a condo rental, chalet rental, apartment rental, or another form of vacation rental that you are seeking, Owner Direct Vacation Rentals can ensure that you will find the appropriate accommodations in Boise, Sun Valley or elsewhere in Idaho. If you have the desire to rent your accommodation in Idaho, or are looking for accommodation rentals, Owner Direct Vacation Rentals is a great service for your needs.

Enjoy your vacation at our bright new Sandpoint Vacation condo. We love visiting Sandpoint ourselves, and we love to share our condo with guests. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo can comfortably sleep 6. The master bedroom has a very comfortable memory foam king bed, as well as a twin daybed with a twin trundle bed (both with memory foam toppers), so a family of 4 can sleep in the Master bedroom. The master bedroom also has a TV, a DVD player and an adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom has two bedding options – it can be set up with two twin beds, or the beds can be converted into one king-sized bed for a couple. These beds also have memory foam toppers, so they are very comfortable for adults or children. There is also a queen-sized airbed available. Both bedrooms have IPOD docking clock radios. Relax in our cozy leather couches in front of the fireplace and watch a movie on the HDTV with Cable TV, DVD player, and HDMI input. The mini stereo in the livingroom has an IPOD charging dock, and also has a line-in option for other mp3 players so you can listen to your own music. We have a casual dining area, with a dining table for 4, and counter stools for 4 more. The kitchen is fully-stocked, with pots, pans, blender, coffee maker, popcorn maker, and enough spices and ingredients to get you started. The patio is a lovely place for your morning coffee, or in the evening you can enjoy a barbeque supper and watch the sun set over the Cabinet mountains. We have two kids ourselves so our vacation home is very child-friendly. We have a highchair, a playpen, baby bedding and a baby monitor for those traveling with young children. We also have plastic cups, plates, bowls, and sippy cups. There is a toybox filled with toys, and boardgames, books, and dvds for both children and adults. Our condo doesn't come with a computer, but if you bring your own laptop there is a workstation with high speed wireless Internet and a printer you can use. Our condo comes with four cruiser bikes and helmets, and we are very near a bike path, so you can ride into town or into Dover. Our condo is a block away from the Sandpoint West Athletic Club and Travers park, which is a huge beautiful park with kids' play structures, tennis courts, a skateboard/ BMX park, and playing fields. Our home is just one block from an espresso stand, and a few blocks from the Pine Street Bakery. It is under a mile to the downtown shops and restaurants, and just beyond that is the wonderful park at City Beach. McCall: Vacation Rental
    4 BDR • 2 BA • Sleeps 8 • #218262
    250 to 400 USD/night
This is a great house close to North Beach and right on Payette Lake. Wonderful views all around and your own boat dock and beach area.. The cabin has three queen sized bedrooms downstairs, and one king upstairs. We have cable tv both downstairs and upstairs. Upstairs has an air conditioner and is quite large.A DVD is available, downstairs, and sporadic internet will be available during the summer. The cabin has a wood burning fireplace, a dishwasher, a charcoal barbecue, and a private dock. It is in an exclusive area, with gorgeous east views from the vintage log cabin living room, and kitchen, which is six houses down from North Beach. We have a walk in shower, downstairs, and a half bath upstairs, and one downstairs. The cabin is a rustic and original house on Payette Lake. Of the 3 queen beds downstairs, two of them are small. Big master upstairs with AIR CONDITIONING. This is a great cabin but it is not a modern newly built house on the lake. It does have small bedrooms. It also has beautiful lake views, a fantastic outdoor patio, a private dock and your own beach space.
