Our compound has three rental villas, represented by this listing (ID 201478). Our pool is 18X7m, spa has a sauna and deep granite soaking tub, tennis court. The compound is situated on a large piece of oceanfront property (6200m2) with 40m long beachfront and 100 palm trees. In addition, there are hundreds of decorative bushes/flowers and tropical trees all over the property and immaculate green grass lawn. The pool itself is also surrounded by the tropical garden that is well arranged by the owners themselves. Some tropical plantations are chosen to be planted in this garden such as palm trees, yams and the other beautiful tropical plants and flowers. The dining table is set up close to the well equipped kitchen and it also has the direct view of the rice paddies. Having the meals, the guests can choose whether to have it in the dining area or at the bale which is surrounded by the green garden. Walking close enough to the pool, still next to this bale where you can have your meals, there is another bale has 4 pillars that is strategically built next to the pool, garden and the view of rice paddies below it. You can just sit here and relax while enjoying the surrounding nature, or probably jump to the pool and feel the cool splash of water since this bale is attached to the pool itself. This beach villa is our dream villa, step into our dream when we are not there. It is a contemporary Balinese villa with many traditional elements. As soon as you enter the villa through the Balinese gate and the stepping stones of the lotus pond, a warm blanket of hospitality and luxury unfolds. The villa is comfortably furnished in combination with authentic elements and in a very open style so that inside and outside flow seamlessly into each other in this tropical climate where life mainly takes place outside. What you should know as a (maybe) future guest, a villa is currently being built on the plot next to us. There is a high wall between our plot and the construction site. Unfortunately, we were not informed in advance of the ‘planned’ construction activities. From 1/14/2023 (start building) there may be potential noise disturbance between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, we do not know exactly when the project will be finished. To compensate for possible noise nuisance we offer you a discount, it depends on the length of your stay, please contact us for further information. The villa is located directly on the fine volcanic sandy beach in the authentic north of Bali. From the (covered) terrace or from deck chairs with colourful parasols you have a wonderful view over the pool with "overflow", the beach and Lake Bali. A short walk along the beach brings you to the fishing village Lokapaksa. The locals are very friendly. From the south side of the villa there is a view over the rice fields to the mountains of Buleleng. The villa is located near Seririt. This village has several "shops" and a typical Balinese market. Seririt is walking distance from the beach in 15 minutes. To the side of Seririt is the famous Lovina Beach and the village of Lovina, after a 20 minute drive to reach with a variety of restaurants, shops and other activities. Transport can easily be arranged through our helpdesk. Inside the villa there is a folder with all the latest information about tourist activities and sights. Our guests are welcomed by our staff on arrival. This is done by our housekeepers "Iluh" and "Putu" depending on the size of the group. They will spoil you during your stay, clean the villa, make your beds, go shopping for them and prepare and serve your meals. Breakfast is included in the price. If the guests wish, the housekeepers in the villa can also take care of lunch and dinner, although for your own costs. For a relaxing holiday they like to do the daily shopping for that. That extra service is free, but a tip or a reimbursement for fuel costs seems justified. The garden and the swimming pool are entrusted to our regular gardener "Gusti" and our team is complete with our security guard "Reagen". In the evening and at night he watches the villa together with the security guards from the neighbourhood. Our English speaking helpdesk staff will visit you on the day of arrival or the following day to introduce themselves and offer their services. This includes local transportation, advice on local or tourist areas, and organising and conducting excursions to beautiful sights or activities. Smoking in the villa is expressly prohibited. This is possible outside the villa, for example on the (covered) terrace or in the garden.
