Our 70 m2 apartment, is located on the first floor in a quiet building (no lift available). Bedrooms on the side of internal court guarantee silence in this busy quarter. One big bedroom with stylish Mexican bed, a queen size mattress and one smaller bedroom with two single beds. Feather pillows guarantee comfortable sleep. European bed setting: a bed sheet, a quilt in a cover and pillow(s) in cover(s). Big dining room with a table for 6 people. Fully furnished kitchen: induction plate and oven, microwave, water kettle, coffee machine, toaster and fridge with cold water dispenser. A comfy sofa in the salon, with two chairs Acapulco. A sound bar to play your favorite music from your portable device (Bluetooth connection). If you are cold, fire the infra-red fireplace. In August 2016 we added a cable TV to entertain you more. Wifi available, access codes you find on the fridge. Bathroom with great shower, equipped with hairdryer. In the offer a shampoo and shower gel as well. Since August 2018 we have a high security door for your ultimate comfort and safety. Since October 2019 there are safety surveillance cameras installed in the main areas of the building (entry doors, corridors).

A gorgeous Mexican influenced, two-bedroom house, for people who want to be able to walk into town, but be located somewhat out of the hustle and bustle of El Centro. Situated partway up the hill above the Artisans Market, yet only one block from San Miguel's Historical Center. This sunny, bright and charming house, is constructed on three levels and offers all the amenities that you would need in a home. From the entryway, the ground floor level of the house, features the first of two master suites and its cozy sitting area with a fireplace, described by one of our guests as the most beautiful and comfortable bedrooms she has ever slept in. The queen size bed has a pillow top mattress, fine sheets and comforters. A large walk-in closet is next door to the double-sink bathroom with its colorful tile work, polished cement counter tops and large bath- shower. At the end of the entryway, framed by a beautiful arch, is an oasis garden area, with a large date palm and plants, open to the sky, bringing lots of light into the first floor master suite. Up the staircase, you come to the main living floor of the house, complete with a second fireplace, flatscreen TV, a built-in DVD player and a CD player with iPod docking station. The well-outfitted kitchen with its polished cement counter tops and center island, includes everything you will need for preparing the simplest meal to an elegant dinner party. The kitchen opens onto a sunny terrace with chairs and table along with a gas barbecue. A dining area, half-bath, and laundry closet are also on this level. This great room has wonderful light throughout the day, which is not all that common in most San Miguel homes. One more level up and you find the second master bedroom, as well as a sunny roof terrace, with vistas across San Miguel's historic Centro toward the western sunset. Five of San Miguel's famous churches are visible from the terrace, a great place to relax with a good book on the lounge chairs and enjoy the afternoon sun. This bedroom has another queen size bed, also with pillowtop mattress and fine bed linens, plus an en-suite bathroom. The house rental includes maid services three times a week, wireless Internet connection for your own laptop, cable TV, and local phone service. A Vonage line is also included in the house, which you can use for free calls back to the States and Canada.
