This room has the advantages of being in the main living space, where the living room offers a TV, stereo (ipad, iphone) and DVD player. The kitchen, living room and terrace are common areas. Suites "Nabi 1 and Nabi 2" , these are medium size bedrooms with direct access to kitchen, living room, main pool and terrace. These rooms feature double queen beds, fans, AIR CONDITIONING and own ensuite bathroom. Sleeps up to 4 adults each. Finally, there is a small self contained suite "Nabi-3" with ensuite bathroom, one queen size bed, fans, AIR CONDITIONING and 1 double futon, limited kitchen and living room area. Sleeps 3. We are please to provide a smoke-free environment. A $200.00 usd fee will be applied to any room that has been smoked in. We highly recommend renting a car to access the Villa due to the steep topography of the area. A 5 passenger car with AIR CONDITIONING is available at a low rate cost to cover car maintenance expenses only. A $500 usd refundable damage deposit is required and a valid driver license. The car rental fee is $15 usd per day. A penalty fee will apply if the car is parked in prohibited parking areas.

This apartment has its own private heated pool with jacuzzi in the backyard. There is plenty of sitting space and at night the pool lights up. The location is perfect at around a 10 minute walk from the center of Tlaquepaque which is the south side of Guadalajara, elected Pueblo Magico (Magic Town) in 2019. Here you can find many restaurtants, coffee places and galleries. The house is very comfortable having dishwasher, washer and dryer. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and both have their bathroom en suite and have a king -size bed. The 3rd bathroom is down stairs connected to the living room and dining area.

Go with a open mind and you cannot beat this place. There is no AIR CONDITIONING and the beds are a little rough, but you gain so much ore from the location and the views. The atmosphere is great for experiencing the city the way it should be. The cook David was the best at making every meal a treat. The owners respond quickly to questions and keep you well informed. We are located in the heart of the Romantic Zone. A few short blocks from the beach. No car is needed, just walk out your front door to a day of fun. We are a BRAND NEW modern building with an elevator and rooftop pool deck for our guests. Flat land around us so no climbing up hills to get home. Daily housekeeping is included!! We are offering special discounted rates right now. We have a wonderful rooftop terrace with an infinity edge pool, hammock lounge, a fire pit, complete outdoor kitchen & bbq. In the evening you can see the nightly fireworks from the pirate ship from the rooftop. It is truly magical. The owners of the building live on site so if there is anything you need, we are available. Things to note: -We are a keyless building. You will use one code to enter the front gate and any 4-digit code of your choice to enter your loft. -There is a video monitor doorbell in the room (and on the rooftop pool deck) so you can see who is at the front door and buzz them into the building (if you wanted to get takeout!). -You also have an Amazon Echo Dot with Alexa so you can listen to your favorite music, ask any questions you may have or listen to "white noise" while you sleep. -In the bathroom you also have a laptop size safe so you can feel comfortable locking up all of your valuables. About the neighborhood: We are located in the Romantic Zone on Basilio Badillo, it is the most popular street in town. There are lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and places to shop on our street. There are so many wonderful taco carts and seafood restaurants all around us. There are multiple places around us that the "taco tours" bring people to. If you are a foodie, you will want to stay HERE. Getting around: You will not need to rent a car. Uber is available and there are taxi's all around us. There is also a bus stop at the end of our block. Transportation is very easy :) We are on a residential street so street parking is the only option but its not hard to find a spot, especially at night. We are not able to accommodate extended stays.

This Mexican style house is at less then a 5 minute walk from the center and close to everything. It has a new kitchen remodeled in 2017 and as well a new bedroom with AIR CONDITIONING and new bathroom en suite all done in 2017. The yard has been redone in 2017 as well and has now a terrace with sitting area for 6. It includes as well a gas barbecue, This house has everything you need.

We felt pampered from start to finish. Great food, daily cleaning, and responsive to all our requests. Highly recommend the all inclusive option. They made my mom’s 80th birthday really memorable. The Villa has everything you could need for a beach day including chairs, umbrella, paddle board, life jackets for kids and adults, sand toys etc. The accommodation is clean and spacious and we easily fit 11 people. Ana made sure there was always fresh/dry beach towels waiting for us. There is a delicious restaurant 5 minutes up the beach but otherwise you need a 10 minute taxi to get to any other stores/restaurants. The villa was spacious, the infinity pool over the ocean kept the kids in the water ALL day. The quick walk to the ocean and the community pool was beyond convenient. New luxury beachfront condo on the 5th floor. This unit has beautiful brand-new furnishings and contents - everything was imported from the USA. We set it up as a fully-functional second home with many of the same comforts and amenities of our home in California, NOT as a typical rental condo with cheap furnishings and throw-away basics. Most of the kitchen items were purchased from Macy's of CA and Sur la Table gourmet store in San Francisco, CA. Our unit has a Vitamix Blender, garbage disposal, KitchenAid toaster oven, Haier microwave, a high-end water filter with a separate tap on the sink top for drinking water. There are wall-mounted hairdryers in each bathroom. Both the washer and dryer have steam-cleaning options for dry-clean only items; steam-cleaning is perfect for freshening up fabrics to rid them of the smell of humidity. There is maid service every 3 days, the building is secure with accessibility for owners and their guests. Full size washer and dryer. Wireless internet is available.
