Conveniently located in a calm village of Kavac, only 5min driving distance from Kotor Old town and 10min from Tivat airport. Size and location makes our house a perfect family getaway. The house was originally built in 1925 and completely restored in 2018. We preserved original features like exposed stone walls and added modern touch to ensure maximum comfort with great attention paid to the finishing touches. The whole house is extremely sunny and bright. Main entrance is located on the upper floor and consists of three bedrooms, hall and internal staircase leading to the ground floor. Master bedroom has a bathroom en suite and it is furnished with 100-year old furniture meticulously restored to its former glory.
