Whale watch, swim, snorkel, walk on the beach and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable. There are 15 acres of lush tropical landscaping, waterscapes, and fountains. In addition there is a large pool, two hot tubs, a toddler pool, 10 barbecue areas and tennis courts.
Unit is a ground floor, 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit that is situated further back from the main road providing a more private setting. Still a short, easy walk to the pool area, inner courtyard and beach across the street. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 ceiling fans, telephone, and wireless Internet. The bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, AIR CONDITIONING, and a full bathroom with shower and tub. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room, along with a new 55" flat-screen TV , Blu-Ray DVD player and AIR CONDITIONING.
The larger, south facing lanai often feels like another room for dining, entertaining and relaxing. There are also beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and more for your use.
