The brand-new central air conditioning unit was installed in the spring of 2022. LIVING SPACES Framed by 600-year old locally-sourced larchwood posts and beams, a river rock fireplace (firewood is supplied), and two-story windows, the living room is nothing short of spectacular. It’s not hard to picture yourself cuddled up on one of the leather couches in front of a roaring fire as you sip on a mug of spiced cider, surrounded by your friends and loved ones. Can you hear the conversation and laughter. Later it’s time to venture downstairs to the TV/game room to take advantage of the 65” UHD with Netflix and Telus Optik. Telus 1G WiFi streams at speeds near 1000 Mbps. If you’re more in the mood for a friendly competition the ping pong table can provide hours of fun and camaraderie. For the card players, a custom-built poker table was added in the summer of 2022. COOKING & DINING The modern and fully-equipped kitchen features everything you’ll need whether you’re creating full-course meals, easy lunches, or simple snacks. The extra-long peninsula bar provides additional food prep space, as well as seating for 6. Bring back the tradition of the family meal at the adjacent dining table for 12. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS & BATHROOMS With six bedrooms and four baths, there’s no doubt everyone in your party will find their own comfortable space to claim. On the main level, the carpeted main bedroom has a king sleigh bed, a matching dresser, nightstands and a private door leading to the outside hot tub. The en-suite bathroom offers dual vanities, a leisurely soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second level has three carpeted guest rooms, two with queen beds and the other with two twins. These bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub/shower. The lower level of the home features two guest rooms, each with a gorgeous log queen bunk bed set. These bedrooms share a spa-like bath with a decadent 4-person steam room and walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AMENITIES If you close your eyes, it’s easy to picture the warm, soothing bubbles of the hot tub massaging weary muscles. When you manage to emerge, it’s time to light the natural gas fire ring and gather around the circle, perhaps as you’re dining on a dinner grilled on the 3-burner, natural gas Weber BBQ. We provide off-street parking for up to 5 vehicles, as well as a single-car garage. Our property line is separated from the walkway by a row of larch trees, which turn out in all their golden finery in the fall. WHAT'S NEARBY. We have the Canadian Rockies in our front yard and the Purcell Mountains in our backyard, making us the perfect starting point for both vacation memories and adventure-seeking. In Kimberley, we’ve got all that you’ve come to expect in a classic British Columbia mountain town, with a few twists. With over 160 kilometres of trails accessible from town limits, plus seven golf courses within a 30-minute drive. Plus there are 80+ runs and short lift lines at the Kimberley Alpine Resort. The Super Condo is 6 bedroom / 6 bathroom and has 8 real beds and 6 pull-out sofas. These are the two largest condos in the Kimberley Ridge development at 1500 sqft living space per unit. Both condos have new, locally-crafted "river tables" to add a touch of beauty to the property. One suite: All beds are queen or double beds. Two roll away Ikea mattresses in the unit to sleep 8 in separate beds. New Netflix enabled 49" flat panel TV mounted in the living room and two other 32" flat-panel TVs in bedrooms. Master has double sink ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed in the closed-off loft bedroom and has a double sink, ensuite bathroom. There is also a double bed in the nook under the green space facing the window of the master bedroom. There are two double sized, pull-out couches in the living room and one double-sized pull-out couch in the loft (outside of the master bedroom). The largest of which faces the ski hill and has a natural gas BBQ with new patio furniture and catches the afternoon sun. Our Purcell Condo is located right on the Kimberley Ski Resort mountain. It is one of the very few buildings strategically located on the ski resort where you can ski-in/ ski-out. This modern, clean two bedroom condo comes with a full kitchen and two full bathroom. Includes gas fireplace, balcony with gas barbecue, full kitchen including dishes, utensils and pots/ pans, and high speed internet/ shaw cable. Condo facility has a surveillance and security system and the grounds include an outdoor hot tub open year round with a swimming pool and tennis courts open in the summer months. Secure lockers outside the main entrance are available for storing skis/ snow boards in the winter and golf clubs in the summer. In the summer months, you can enjoy a multitude of golf courses with Kimberley's world class Trickle Creek golf course located only one minute down the mountain from our condo.

Our Vacation home is located right on the hill at the Kimberley Alpine Resort (run 69 - Green) and across the street from the award winning Trickle Creek Golf Course. Make a few runs or golf a few holes then stop and enjoy a meal or beverage which can be prepared in our fully stocked Kitchen. You can either return to the ski hill or Golf course or relax in front of our fireplace and watch movies, NetFlix on our 47 inch big screen TV. We also have a large (12 person) hot tub and Dry Sauna. If you come in the Summer season the world class Trickle Creek golf course is with in walking distance. Mountain biking on the bike paths or hiking in the Kimberley Nature park are at your door step as well.
