Welcome to our vacation home. This lovely villa is a bright and spacious vacation home with over 3000 sq/ft and 4 master suites. All the master suites have their own private bathrooms. Comfort and convenience are the hallmarks of this home. Premium cable TV, high speed Wi-Fi Internet access and free domestic calling are included. Our professional management company is on-call 24/7 on emergency. On the first floor you'll find family room with comfortable seating and a large cable TV, DVD, and CD stereo system all with surround sound; a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, laundry room with washer and dryer, half bathroom, a queen bedroom and a huge king master suite overlooking the pool area. On the second floor there are three additional king suites, two twin bedrooms and the 5th bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV and DVD's. Outside is a huge southwestern facing deck and covered lanai with in-ground pool and spa with a beautiful view of the lake. This is generously equipped with outdoor furniture, including loungers and a table with seating. The pool is heated on demand and has an underwater light. It also has a child safety fence. The villa is sited in a gated resort community. Security guards are on duty 24/7. It is conveniently situated near a great selection of restaurants and recreational activities. The resort amenities include a walk-in swimming pool with spa, movie theater, playground, fitness room, meeting room, mini-golf, tennis, basket ball, and beach volleyball along with a clubhouse. Wednesday is movie night. Complimentary coffee and tea are served in the club-house. The club is well managed. Many our guests found it is a good place to relax, know new friends, and have fun. The villa is only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, and around 1-hour to either the east or the west coastlines. The condo has been furnished to a very good standard. When entering the condo you step into the living room with sitting area, large flat screen TV, breakfast table and kitchenette. The bedroom has 2 Double (Full) Beds, cable TV and en suite bathroom with vanity, shower and toilet. There is a hair dryer too. The double doors between the living room and bedroom allow for late night relaxing and watching TV in the living, while other family members lay their head to rest in the bedroom, recharging for the next day enjoying all the great things Central Florida has to offer. The kitchenette is well fitted. It includes a 2 burner stove, toaster oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher. The condo is located on the third floor. It is air conditioned for those very hot days and has reverse air for the few colder days. Iron and iron board are present too
