Situated minutes from Disney, our newly renovated villa is a detached home equipped with a screened-in private pool and attached spa; 4 separate bedrooms which offers 2 master bedrooms with king size beds in each; 2 smaller bedrooms with twin beds in each; 3 full bathrooms; tvs in all rooms with free cable with 250 channels; full kitchen to prepare your meals and make your stay a pleasant one; free wi-fi; telephone with free calls in USA and Canada. The neighbourhood is a safe and tranquil and is very close to all major attractions, restaurants and shopping malls. A relaxing, worry free and pleasant vacation is guaranteed for all. Our Villa can easily accommodate 2 vehicles in the driveway. We recommended to rent a vehicle at the airport if you are not already using your own car. Other Things to Note a) 13% tax will be added to daily rates advertized. B) a mandatory non refundable $55 accidental damage insurance must be paid upon booking c) pool heat is available at $25 per day, you must inform us if you want the pool to be heated (it takes up to one day to bring the temperature up). D) a complimentary crib and a high chair can be found in the villa should you need them for your small children. E) BBQ rental is also available $65 for a minimum of one week, $6 each additional day.
