One of the most important features of our home is that we offer a south facing pool so you can enjoy the sun any time of year and has no rear neighbors. Most south facing homes back right up to another property and are about 10 feet away from each other. Not my idea of relaxing. Most of the other homes with no rear neighbors face north, east, or west limiting the amount of beautiful sun the pool our pool area will receive. We have one the premier lots in the neighborhood. The pie shape backyard orientation is simply one of the best and offers an enormous backyard bigger than most. This provides a fair amount of space and privacy for our pool.
