We designed the suite with In-floor geothermal heating, air exchange for the best indoor air quality and comfort of our guests. Only the best materials were used: solid wood, stone, low VOC paints to make for the healthiest environment possible. At 400 square feet, the suite is ideal for a single traveler or a couple, but would accommodate a family with up to 2 children. The suite consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and 1 bedroom. The living room has a brand new leather sofa that unfolds into a full bed with a comfortable mattress ( BeautyRest) for additional sleeping spots, an armchair and an antique cabinet containing a TV. The second bedroom has a large double bed and elegant French doors and. The third bedroom has bunk beds for the kids. There is also a leather sofa bed in the living room. There are beautiful slate stone floors in the foyer and hardwood floors through the rest of the home except the bedrooms and bath rooms. The house also comes with a fully equipped kitchen with all essentials including coffee and hot chocolate and 6 appliances including washer and dryer. The dining area has a dining set that will accommodate 8 but there is also seating room on the bar area of the huge kitchen island. The living room has a very comfortable leather 3 piece set and a 50' flat screen smart TV that comes with Netflix loaded on to it. Kimberley Alpine Resort and the Kimberley Nordic Centre are located just minutes from 'downtown' (note that this busy 'downtown' has only one traffic light!). Close to Kimberley are myriad lakes, rivers (including the St. Mary River) and streams that offer excellent fishing, rafting and boating opportunities.
