The villa has been designed to be fully wheelchair accessible so has a lift to take guests between floors should it be required as well as step free access throughout each floor. Externally the villa has a beautiful sun drenched and large terraced area whose main feature is the gorgeous pool, which also has a detachable lift for disabled access, as well as a covered dining area offering guests some shade from Dubrovniks scorching sun. There is a green market Kalenic within 5 minutes walk, where you can buy everything fresh directly from farmers. There is also a large supermarket work 0/24h 200 meters away, where one can buy almost anything.
