This game room area also serves as the 5th bedroom as there is a twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath and a queen pullout couch. This floor also has a separate living room area that has a queen murphy bed. There is also a ½ bath of this floor. The main house 3rd floor (fourth floor of the whole house) contains the observation room only. INSIDE THE HOUSE This condo complex feels a bit like a treehouse - shady palms and wooden beams surround you as you find your 3rd floor unit. Out front is a gas grill - perfect for your Farmer’s Market finds - one of the many comforts of home you’ll find here. Inside the master bedroom is immediately to the left - it hosts a king-size bed with a flat-screen TV, dresser and sliding glass door closet. Down the hall are two bathrooms - black and white. The black bathroom pairs with the master bedroom - here there’s a large shower with two showerheads and a bench, a jetted tub, and a single vanity. The white bathroom is slightly smaller - there’s no tub, but the double shower will do the job. At the end of the hall is a study, that’s also used as a second bedroom. A queen-size murphy bed folds down from a cabinet - you can close the curtains for extra privacy. There’s a workspace by the window in this room, also a peak-a-poo view of the ocean, too. Outside there’s a sunny patio, with a view of the ocean just a few blocks away. A bistro table here seats three. Back inside, the living room seats 9 people on a cream L-shaped couch and chairs. A 65” curved flat-screen TV keeps the crowd entertained, while the fireplace and mini wet bar are deluxe extras you’ll love. Just past the living room, the dining room has seating for 6. Beside it, the galley-style kitchen offers a lovely gas range and all the equipment you’ll need to cook including a stove/oven and dishwasher. Down on the first floor you can access the community pool - there is a hot tub, pool, and a flock of lounge chairs, for those days when the beach is just too far. OUR LOCATION Life at the beach is just better - especially one as vibrant as Venice Beach, and our home is walking distance to Venice Pier. At Marina del Rey you can book a champagne brunch cruise (highly recommended!) or visit the Fisherman’s Village just across the marina. The Village hosts free concerts on Saturdays and Sundays, from 1-4 pm. You’ll never have to look far for great food. Just across the marina is SALT, a favorite new American spot. Even closer is happy hour at Killer Shrimp, just 1 mile from your door. There are bikes waiting for you in the garage, and it’s less than a 5-mile ride down the beach to Santa Monica, with the Sunday Farmers Market on the way. There’s no shortage of adventures you can have on foot or on two wheels - seaside living here is the sweetest.

INSIDE THE PENTHOUSE Park under the building in a secure parking space and walk a few steps up to an outside hallway, which you’ll follow to an elevator that opens up directly into our fourth-floor penthouse. Immediately to your left is a convenient laundry area and powder room. Continue straight ahead to an open concept gathering space with soaring ceilings, tall windows, a skylight and sparkling hardwood floors. To the right is a living space decorated with a rich rug, where six can sit back on a plush sectional sofa or chair to warm up by the fireplace, watch the 40” Samsung TV or admire the modern artwork. In the center is a dining area. Dig into meals around a polished wood table with high-back chairs seating four, or step through the sliding door onto your private balcony, featuring chair and sofa seating for five and rooftop views. Separating the dining area from the kitchen is a breakfast bar with seating for two. The kitchen itself features elegant, white marble backsplashes and countertops and dishware for eight. INSIDE THE BUNGALOW Three guests can sleep here comfortably, in both a nautical-themed queen-sized master bedroom and a guest room with a day bed. Two full and remodeled bathrooms make it easy to get ready in the morning. Need to get some work done during your trip No problem. We provide a separate desk area with an iMac desktop and free Verizon Fios high-speed Internet. In the living area, unique art and comfy couches center around a vintage wood-burning stove and wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The adjacent eat-in kitchen has charm to spare AND plenty of space to cook and eat. Stainless steel appliances include a 6-burner, hooded gas range and a dishwasher. Also in this space, a wood dining table seats 4 to dinner. And when your bathing suit needs a refresher, we provide the washer and dryer. Eclectic touches throughout give this vacation rental lots of personality: find a zebra head sculpture in the kitchen, antique Chinese pottery, subway tiles and floating vanities in the bathrooms, and a gorgeous nautical painting above the master bed. THE LOCATION Hermosa Beach is a small town packed with fun things to do, most of them outside along the Pacific coast. The beach is the biggest draw, of course, and it’s just a few short blocks from this vacation rental. Check out the Comedy & Magic Club on Hermosa Ave as this longtime club attracts star comics like Jay Leno. The Hermosa Beach Farmers' Market at the Pier is a great stop to buy some farm fresh food for dinner. There are farm fresh goodies, artisan food and craft vendors. Every Wednesday 11-4pm. While you’re at the beach, check out the car-free strip for rollerblading, jogging, and walking amidst the tanned locals. When you get hungry (or thirsty) you can duck into many restaurants and bars on Hermosa Beach Pier and Redondo Beach Pier.
