This is a luxury private house retreat located in a rural hilltop setting for total relaxation. You are close to the best surfing in Panama at Playa Venao and sport fishing in Canas and Cambutal. New gourmet restaurants and numerous bars are making their debut in our area along with weekend and evening beach musical entertainment. Situated on a hilltop in Ojo de Agua, Los Santos, Panama you have views of the Pacific Ocean and Isla Canas a world recognized Turtle Santuary. The house was finished in 2018 with over 4,000 square feet of living area and outside patios. It boast a 15x30 infinity pool and outside shower. The raised concrete walled deck overlooks the yard and gives room for cocktail parties while watching the amazing sunsets. 4G Global wifi routers in all bedrooms.Gas BBQ grill and sink at outside bar. The gourmet kitchen is set up to host the most discriminating chefs with stainless steel countertops and Italian gas 6 burner top stove & oven. The double commercial refrigerator freezer is a must in a tropical climate. All high quality appliances and cookwear are at your disposal. Fully stocked with dish/glass wear for 10 people. Coffee pot , espresso, kettle, convection microwave, toaster, juicer, prep sink, entertaining dishes, Asian cookware and utensils, towels, etc are all at your disposal. The house consist of two air conditioned master suites with large ensuite bathrooms and private closets. The Queen queen suite bedroom has two twin beds for sleeping or reading and relaxation. Includes an ensuite bathroom with rain shower and separate large closet. The King master suite is totally separate from the main house quarters with an outside walkway and ocean view patio. It has a built in reading nook that turns into a queen bed if needed. A large ensuite bathroom with soaking tub and double limestone tiled rain head shower. It also has an open double closet with security safe. There is a half bath off the living area for guests also. The main house has a eight adult capacity. Children are welcome but must be well supervised because of the pool area. We have extra air mattress for children if needed. Private chef and laundry are provided for a fee. The property is 13 acres with numerous walking trails and four troops of Howler monkeys along with Capuchin and the rare Azuero Spider monkey in danger of extinction. The pool is professional maintained weekly and the propery has a fulltime property manager and rental manager 24/7. The entire property is fenced and gated for your privacy. The home has a generator for the kitchen area if needed. One dog is allowed less than 40 lbs, but not allowed on furniture or beds. The property manager lives in a separated casita on the property but you will never see her unless you need something.The casita has it’s own driveway. She handles your laundry ( for a fee) and cooking if needed. This property is rural, you will need a car and in raining season a small SUV is advisable. Only 13 minutes from Playa Venao beaches , restaurants and nightlife. The main road is brand new and very safe.
