Aloha -- Welcome to our condo apartment. It is a 1200 sq ft ground floor corner unit located in the Maui Eldorado Beach Resort, beside the 4th fairway of the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course. The condo has two queen size beds - each in a separate sleeping room with direct and private access to the dressing room, bathroom and shower. There is a clothes washer/dryer in the apartment. A fully equipped kitchen has been recently renovated - complete with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Cutlery, linens, and a complete range of cooking utensils are provided. The large living room and dining area, is complete with a flat-screen TV, CD and DVD players. Free WI-FI service is available throughout the apartment. There are sliding glass doors across the front and side of the apartment which provide an open and fresh atmosphere with lots of light. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. The living room and bedroom open out onto the lanai which is furnished with a dining suite, two lounge cots and an electric grill. The lanai fronts onto the garden and quiet lawn area beside the Golf course. Maui Eldorado Resort has a private cabana for the use of guests on Kaanapali Beach, accessible by just a 4 minute walk from the apartment through the gardens. Three swimming pools are available at the resort, with barbecues and dining areas located on the upper deck of the on-site guest parking building. Kaanapali has a wide selection of restaurants, shopping and entertainment - all within an easy walk from the resort. Aloha. Our 3rd floor (top) unit has great ocean views and is located in the world famous Kaanapali Resort of the 17th fairway of the Kaanapali Golf Course. We are one flight of stairs up from the parking level, many third floor units have two flights. Our condo is stocked and decorated as a second home, cozy, warm and inviting, not a cold corporate space, put your feet up and reeelax. Just a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach and Whalers village. The unit has central air-conditioning (new owner air handler unit installed 1/19, and the complex replaced the chilled water plants in 2019) and a wonderful huge lanai, full size clothes washer and dryer, we provide all linens including beach towels. You will find many beach toys such as boogie boards, floats, chairs, and misc. Snorkel equipment for your use. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware to make just about anything. We have probably 3x the amount of dishes than a typical unit, less washing. Both bathrooms are modernized as of 2019. We also replaced the big lanai sliding doors, which is an issue in most KR units. Remodeled kitchen in 2021. Other important notes: Ka'anapali Royal charges a $22 per day facility fee, up to 7 nights or $154 maximum...Even if you stay a year it's $154. Compare that to "resort" fees at most other condos. We charge a $189 per stay cleaning fee, probably one of the lowest. We do our best to stay competitive on rates. Feel free to contact me for discounts...Usually I can cut the nightly rate for stays over 9 nights and in the slower seasons such as May, August, Sept into Oct.
