    Our home is in the Yuraygir NP at Diggers Camp. Experience ocean views and ecologically sustainable luxury supported by low carbon systems such as solar electricity and hot water, rain harvested water and environmentally friendly waste systems. The house consists of two connected pavilions. The fully renovated front structure comprises a kitchen, dining nook and lounge, all with ocean views. These spaces lead to the front deck, a sheltered chill out area with ocean and headland views. Completing the front pavilion is a cozy bedroom with double bed also with great ocean views. The new fully equipped kitchen boasts stone bench tops and a double filtered water system. The lounge features a flat screen TV, DVD and sound box for connecting music players. The rear pavilion features an expansive deck and outdoor dining setting with ocean glimpses. Off the deck are two large bedrooms featuring a queen bed and a queen plus king single bed. The deck also leads to the bathroom and separate toilet room. We employ a range of high tech systems to enable a high degree of comfort whilst enjoying an "off-grid" national park setting. You'll be living in a self sufficient low carbon footprint dwelling that generates and stores its own electricity, water, hot water and advanced compost toilet system. While the front deck offers whale watching in season, the rear deck provides a great viewing platform to quietly observe visiting wildlife including kangaroos, emus, goannas and a rich diversity of bird life amongst the landscaped native gardens. The yard backs onto the surrounding national park. It features a fire pit for cooler nights, a hammock chill out corner, an outdoor shower and board storage rack and cleaning station for preparing the day's catch.

    There are two parts to this spacious Unit - suitable for two couples or small family. There are two large bedrooms with a King size bed in the main bedroom and a King size in the second which can be split into two singles. Both have separate bathrooms. Ours is a larger apartment and one of the best in Mantra Amphora resort. There is also a bonus - with a BBQ on the front balcony. The Main Unit is set up with new cutlery, crockery, glasses, new oven, range hood. The cook top is new, as is the fridge and washing machine (not that you will be wanting to wash clothes!). Dishwasher, dryer, microwave are all working. The second Bedroom is a motel type room with spa, shower etc and a bar fridge and microwave. It has its own balcony looking out to the mountains. The are large TV's in every room It is on the top (3rd floor) with easy access via two flights of stairs at rear. We have installed KEY SAFES at front doors so you can access the keys at any time you want to arrive. There are Guest Information books in each unit which will help you find your way around the Unit and Palm Cove. Cairns is just 25 minutes away - or a bit longer by the bus which runs every half hour from the Esplanade out the front. The pool is perfect - warm all year round and a heated spa pool if you need something even warmer. The ocean (Coral Sea) is straight our the front of the resort - across the esplanade. The sandy tropical beach is safe and water is warm. Walk the beach of the palm tree pathway. Everything is in walking distance - restaurants, shops, hotel, coffee bars.

    Our architect designed home on 100 private acres with magnificent views of Crescent Head Point is the perfect year-round place to get away from it all. Check the surf from bed, swim in the pool, or in winter sit by the wood fire and sip champagne in the spa. If it's privacy you're after then our home is the place to be. The house and pool are on a ridge 4km out of the village of Crescent Head, in the middle of 100 acres of natural bush. The only visitors you will have are kangaroos and the occasional king parrot. The kookaburras will wake you in the morning, and you can check the surf conditions from your ultra comfortable queen size bed. There is a 12.5 metre lap pool, a small gym with treadmill, yoga mat and a few weights, a two person spa with views in the bathroom and an open fireplace for the winter. We can provide a double mattress for extra people, and the sofa is also large and comfortable and will sleep one. The village of Crescent Head is 5 minutes by car, and there you will find coffee shops, restaurants, post office, supermarket, surf shop, kilometres of magnificent beaches and much much more. Crescent Head is a friendly relaxed village where the locals welcome tourists every year. The surrounding Macleay Valley also has many tourist attractions and great natural beauty, ideal for day trips. During your stay you will have access to the entire house and gardens including the pool of course. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. This is our home so please treat it the way you would treat your own home. The pantry is stocked with staples and spices etc. Feel free to help yourself to anything you need from pantry or fridge. There is a washing machine, and drying racks provided. We are pet friendly, but you do need to contact us if you wish to bring your pet. Someone will be there to help you check in and show you the ropes. If we are in the area we are available for questions or with any help that you need during your stay. We can arrange cleaning during your stay for a fee. In fact we can probably arrange most things or direct you to the right place, all you need to do is ask. Crescent Head is a famous surfing destination and it's also great for kite surfing when the Nor'easter comes up in the summer. The locals are friendly and there are plenty of places to eat and drink. There is a supermarket in the village, several bottle shops, club, tavern, restaurants, coffee shops, surf shop, bakery, post office and more.
