This 4 + bedroom and 1 bathroom cottage with hot water shower is very roomy and cool during the day with a nice breeze off the lake. Has outdoor firepit, BBQ, hammocks, has a little, real sand beach, dock, sandy, shallow entry into the water, and is on a private lot with parking. Cottage is furnished with appliances and has dishes and cutlery. Renters will need to bring linens, towels, wash and dish clothes, as well as toilet paper. Water from cottage comes from the lake so water is for washing and showering only. Water is not for drinking. A water dispenser is in the kitchen and can be refilled at Foodland. Cottage also has regular Hydro, no generator. There is a smart TV with a DVD player and dvds but no wifi; data comes in good though. There are Muskoka chairs around the lakeside firepit facing west so you can see the beautiful sunsets over the water, and hear the sound of loons at times. The ducks are friendly too. Landfill/recycling sites are located at Little Current and Kagawong. Google for location and hours of operation. Garbage/recycling/food must be removed from the property when renters leave. Do not leave garbage/recycling/food behind. Come to the Island and enjoy its beautiful and relaxing environment.
