Where to Stay & Why - Maui is all about laid-back living, the true spirit of Hawaii. That’s why our vacation rentals come with fully equipped kitchens, spacious bedrooms and living rooms, swimming pools with shaded lounge areas and BBQ grills, perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Many of the vacation rentals have access to shared resort amenities, plus you’ll be minutes away from the best beaches, restaurants, bars, and shopping on the island.
What to See & Do - While in Maui, watch or shimmy alongside hula dancers, golf along coastal fairways, snorkel alongside sea turtles, or simply lounge along some of Hawaii’s most notable beaches.
Where to Eat & Drink - The food scene is diverse but nothing beats the local cuisine. Plus, most restaurants serve drinks. Head to Paia Fish Market, Merriman’s, Lahaina Grill, Gannon’s, or Casanova. You can also ask locals for recommendations. Smoothies and juices are common, especially on the Road to Hana.
How to Get Here & Getting Around - Upon arriving at Kahului Airport, Kapalua Airport, or Hana Airport, it’s best to rent a car to get around with if you’re planning to explore other parts of the island.
When to Go - The best time to visit is from April to May and September to November, as spring and fall can offer pleasant weather without the heavy crowds. Winter is the best season if you’re into surfing.
