This house is seconds to Niza beach but is in the rural countryside of Spain. Sit beside your pool in a walled garden of yuccas, multicolored bougainvilleas listening to the quiet of the rural countryside within minutes swim in the cool water of the med lunch at restaurant. This is Spain at it's best. There are no high rises or busy streets But 10 minutes by car to cafes, waterfront restaurants and nightlife or a wander the seafront promenade. Summer is magic alive and vibrant. It has a large BBQ area near the pool for fresco dining with sun cover. Babysitting is also available.

Located in the premium Hacienda Veracruz development. We are just 2 minutes drive to the nearest supermarket, 6 minutes drive to Benalmadena Pueblo (The Old Village) , 10 minutes from the beach, 6 minutes from the Playa Arroyo de La Miel, shopping area and 12 minutes to the marina. This large villa is built on two main levels. As you walk into the ground floor from the front door you will find, in front of you the fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and a room with washing machine and iron. There is a large table that seats six, if you wish to eat in doors. Walking out from the kitchen is a balcony, with a large table and two sunbeds. It is perfect for eating or just lying out and relaxing. The view of Benalmadena is breathtaking. On the same level is the living room which has a TV and Free Wifi, two couches and a beautiful marble table. There are also a number of beautiful ornaments to add to the home from home feeling. On the lower level is another living room, again with two couches (space is not a problem in this large property). This level also consists of three bedrooms, all with double beds, the main bedroom has an en suite bathroom and air conditioning. There is also a full bathroom outside the two other bedrooms. Walking down the spiral staircase will bring you outside to the beautiful covered patio with an outdoor wicker patio sofa, two chairs and a table. Here you will find a large fridge for your drinks and food. The garden area is large, with the large brand new, beautiful salt water pool. This is area where you will probably spend most of your time. It is truly stunning. There is private secure parking for 2 cars (one in the garage the other outside behind locked gates). Bahia Dorada is a beachfront complex 5 km west of Estepona. Its white buildings and well kept gardens provide a pleasant relaxing atmosphere and village feeling. There is a communal swimming pool 2 munites walk from the apartment available to guests only. There are four golf courses within a 20 minute drive, the nearest of which (Estepona Golf) is less than 2km away. The beach, although not private, is almost exclusively used by Bahia Dorada guests and is never crowded.

The garden is yours during your stay. It is absolutely secluded and the only noise you'll hear is the occasional dog barking and lots of birds singing. Satellite TV with all German channels,all French channels TNT channels included, all international news channels such as CNN, BBC news & dozens more. Internet acces is with optic fiber so WIFI is fast and good. You can park inside the courtyard. I live on site so can help you with whatever you need. This is a beautifully renovated penthouse is more than a ‘vacation rental’; it is a home you’re invited to share while she heads north to cooler climes. It is filled with original art, and while there is nothing more spectacular than the views, the proximity to Old Town Marbella, shops, restaurants and the beach comes close. NOTE: For those who have hard time sleeping with noise —and are unwilling to wear earplugs— this is not for you because Marbella doesn’t sleep in the summer.
