King bed in one main floor bedroom. Each other bedroom has a queen size bed in it. The bathroom is also located on the main floor. Over 2,200 square feet for you to enjoy. Relax in a safe neighborhood. There are 3 steps to get into the home, so it is easy access for most. Oak hardwood floors on the main level and fir hardwood floor upstairs. We are only 2 blocks from restaurants, a mall, and soon a grocery store. A compact single-car garage is next to the house. Please park in the garage/driveway or you will get a parking ticket from the city of Rochester. Only permitted parking is allowed on the streets between 8am-4pm Monday through Friday. All other times you may park on the street. This is due to the closeness of St. Mary's hospital. 2-3 vehicles could park in the driveway besides the one in the garage. The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven/range and cooking utensils, Keurig and regular 12 cup coffee makers, small electric appliances, a pot/pan set, baking pans, glassware, cutlery, Corelle dishware, plastic dishware for kids, and also some paper plates for you to use due to the lack of a dishwasher. A basic selection of cooking spices and condiments is stocked in anticipation of your arrival. There is a 'Smart' TV which has cable and several apps to access YOUR personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other personal streaming TV accounts. You may watch TV in a heat/massage chair in the living room. There is unique accent lighting in the dining/living room. There is high speed wireless internet service available throughout the house. There are alarm clocks at each bedside. Please also check out the assortment of DVDs, board games, jigsaw puzzles, toys, and books for your use. There is central air and heating in the house. The bathroom has a full bath with shower. The bedroom upstairs also has a Smart TV. In the basement there is a full size washer and dryer for you to use. There is an iron and ironing board available for you use. No smoking is allowed in the house. Please use the backyard if you need to smoke. Pets are not allowed in the house, due to many people having allergies and medical issues. We have a rental certificate to rent this home legally to you. We have been serving in the business industry since 2003. We are covered by faith and trust in Him. God has led us to this home to help you with your needs. We care about you and your stay in Rochester. I was told by a couple of people that the house looks like it came from a storybook.
