This space is a recently restored, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with hardwood floors and full home amenities. Detached from the main house, the Carriage House features a private entrance, elegant furnishings, and fully-functional kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Additional highlights include the queen bed in the bedroom and a second, full-size bed tucked behind the lounge-style sofa in the living room, making this apartment perfect for roommates to share the expenses. All utilities are included in the rental price and residents enjoy FREE parking, as well as, FREE laundry facilities. We would love to make your lake getaway memorable!! Relax and enjoy the beautiful, miles wide view of the main channel from the screened deck. Our condo is 1400 square feet located at mile marker 14, off Horseshoe Bend Pkwy, and is fully furnished and ready to be your home at the lake. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and all the comforts of home and more. There is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The Emerald Bay Condominium Complex features 2 salt water pools (seasonal), a tennis court, basketball court and a clubhouse w/fitness area for your use and enjoyment. Our Horseshoe Bend location puts you close to restaurants, shopping, golfing, and many other area attractions. Our condo is the perfect spot for your lake getaway. The floor plan is great for one or two families or a group of friends. With 3 bedrooms the condo comfortably sleeps 8. Kitchen and Dining Area The kitchen has a full sized electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, as well as all the dishes and cooking utensils you need. There is also a pantry to store plenty of groceries. We also have a Keurig and coffee maker for your use. Start your day with a cup of coffee while relaxing on the deck. The kitchen area has four bar stools and opens to the dining area with a table and seating for four chairs. Living Room After a long day on the lake, sit back and watch the sunset from the spacious living room that features double sliding doors to the screened deck. We also have a large LCD TV, Blu-Ray player, selection of DVD’s, Sega gaming system and books for your enjoyment. Master Suite The master suite has a king size bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, and double sliding doors to the screened deck. There are dressers for your use as well as a walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower unit. Clean bedding and towels are provided for your convenience. Bunk Room This bedroom is a great place for kids. With a twin over full bunk bed and an additional twin trundle, this room is a great place for a sleepover. The room also has a wall mounted flat screen TV and plenty of closet space. Clean bedding is provided for your convenience. Bedroom 3 This bedroom features a queen size bed, wall mounted flat screen TV and closet. There is also a dresser and desk. Clean bedding is provided for your convenience. Full Bath 2 This full bathroom also has a double vanity and tub/shower unit. Clean towels are also provided for your convenience. Screened Deck We fell in love with the view from the screened deck. Enjoy the lake view with your morning coffee or evening drink from the screened deck. The view is spectacular no matter the time of day or season. The deck runs the length of the condo unit and has double sliding doors leading to the master bedroom and the living room so you can bring the outside in. A gas grill is also available for your use. Emerald Bay Amenities Guests are welcome to use the Emerald Bay Facilities which include two salt water pools (seasonal), tennis court, basketball hoop, club house with seating, kitchen, fitness equipment and TVs. Our condo is across the parking lot from one of the pools and the tennis/basketball court.

Welcome to the historic, Vineyard Mansion, built in 1890, by the famed architectural firm of Eckel and Mann, for B.R. Vineyard, who was a prominent attorney in St. Joseph, MO. Although divided into apartments in the 1940's, this Romanesque Revival-style house has been meticulously restored to its original use and we are proud to offer the Lincoln Room, a spacious retreat, filled with Victorian-era antiques and super-comfy bed. The Lincoln Room features a stylish seating area, marble fireplace, a desk/workstation, en suite bath, and a queen-size, canopy bed. All utilities are included in the rental price and residents will enjoy access to the foyer, parlor, dining room, and billiard room, all while immersed in the splendor of the Gilded Age. This beautiful condo has been nicely updated. Visit Branson with a group of friends or family and 8 can sleep comfortably here. Or, with 3 guests, all have a private bedroom. Our housekeepers are provided extensive cleaning supplies. Our condo is on the second and third floors of a condo building with two bedrooms on the main condo level (second floor of the building) and 2 bedrooms and loft den on the upper floor of the condo. All king bedrooms have TVs, ceiling fans and new beds with luxury linens. All bathrooms have hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, hand soap, makeup remover wipes and bath bar soap. Kitchen has lots of dishes, pots and pans. We supply dishwasher and dishwashing soap. All bedrooms are large enough to accommodate a children's Pak and Play (local rental companies supply baby equipment). We do not provide baby equipment except plastic (BPA free) cups and bowls. The condo has large capacity washer and dryer and we supply laundry detergent. The living room offers a gathering room with ceiling fan and TV. The partially enclosed sunroom offers the perfect place for morning coffee or evening conversation. A short walk away, there is a large pool complex with a children's wading pool and shaded and sunny areas for enjoying the sun. Additionally, there is a good sized all-season heated indoor pool with dressing area and showers in the women's and men's restrooms. The Pointe Royale Golf Resort Village has a wonderful clubhouse with a great restaurant that is affordable for all the family - good food and low prices. The golf course is a wonderful addition to your stay and is competitively priced.
