There is one for you next to the poolhouse right where the bar is. For those looking to eat out, there are many really good restaurants in a 10 kilometer radius. The pool is 10mx5m and catches the sun at any time of the day. There is room for sunbathing right next to the pool or on the upstairs balcony and a place for you to eat on the terrace next to the pool or in the poolhouse. All tables are with 8 chairs. Behind the poolhouse you'll find a washroom with a washing machine as well as a toilet and a line to hang clothes to dry. Inside the house you will find another eating area for 8 and a cosy living room with sofa's and a tv. The Villa has its own sound system to play any music you like and there is Wi-Fi for you to use at any time.     This is a two bedroom & one bathroom apartment situated on a low hilltop that has two beautiful beaches on either side, both approximately 5-10 minutes away along a waterfront walkway. The apartment itself is on the third floor (with lift) and being in the corner of the block has an amazing amount of light. This complex is residential and many occupants live here all year round which means that it is not a party space but yet very welcoming of those who are there to relax. In addition there is a wide variety of good quality restaurants and bars even closer than the beach. There is no need to have a car in this area unless you are golfers or want to travel a bit further afield. There are many excellent golf courses within 15-40 minutes drive The gated complex has a pool that has a southern aspect and gets sun for most of the daylight hours. We have owned this apartment since our children were in their early teens and now that they are adults we all continue to love this space and it's environs.

Whilst I would not recommend the beach there, it has an attractive marina, and is a good place to book boat trips, fishing and diving and has numerous good bars and restaurants. Cartegena (45 mins drive) is a similarly good choice for boat trip and boats stunning architecture and a Roman Theatre. For beach fun Bolnuevo (30 mins drive) is a good option as it is a nice beach yet close to shops, restaurants and other amenities. Playa Percheles (35 mins drive) is also a very attractive spot, but is unspoilt and lacks the amenities of Bolneuvo).

The third zone, "WORK AREA", with a very functional desk, transparent glass table, a chair, a desk lamp and a shelf where you can organize your work while being constantly connected to the high-speed Internet through Wi-Fi. The fourth area is the "DINING AREA" designed into circular shape surrounding the dining table, creating an intimate and exclusive atmosphere. The dining area is decorated with exquisite hand painted Italian paper of high quality and a designer lamp. Madrid is a beautiful city and this apartment is definitely a very good choice for a relaxing vacation in Madrid. It is quite huge with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen with every necessary utensil and a very spacious beautiful terrace. We enjoyed a lot having our breakfasts at the open-view terrace. The apartment is nicely designed with quality furniture, and the bed was quite comfy as well. Though the apartment is not located within the city center, there are two metro stations very close by the apartment, around 2 to 3 minutes on foot. These stations are on major lines that connects you to the various stations in the city center in 20 minutes at most. Or you may opt to walk as once we did and it takes around 40 minutes. Getting to the apartment from the airport is again quite easy using the metro. There are 2 supermarkets that are within 200 meters range and there are some restaurants and bars as well. Checking in and out went quite smooth for us. Our host greeted us himself upon our arrival, and gave us information about the city and the surroundings of the apartment, along with a map and a tourist guide-book. On the check-out day, our plane was taking off a little bit late, but although he had other guests coming in the same day, Roberto arranged for us to leave our luggages in until 3pm. He is a very friendly and caring host and he was always available for any question through phone or SMS. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Madrid a lot and I could sincerely recommend this host and his beautiful apartment in Madrid. Damali My friends and I have a wonderful stay in this unit. The terrace was such a great surprise, given the size and view. Madrid is a marvelous city, which I wish we had more time in to explore it a little more. The apartment was exactly as advertised, and the pool table and Wii sports provided us and our two boys great family recreation time in between all the cultural and culinary sightseeing of Madrid. Most importantly, our host was an extraordinarily helpful "concierge", offering spot-on advice on places to eat and see, and even helping us to get a taxi to take us to the train station on our last day, when a transit strike was otherwise threatening to make it hard to get where we needed to. I honestly cannot speak highly enough about our host's unfailing good humor and great advice. The location of the apartment is a bit out of the way--a half-hour or so by subway from most of the places we wanted to visit in Madrid--but even that became a surprising benefit, as it forced us to get to know the subway system, and thus to really feel like locals. San Miguel is ideal for walking/hiking as there are several walking trails and various historical points of interest in the area. Cycling is popular here too. We are also ideally placed for exploring Tenerife’s varied countryside and natural beauty, the most famous being the Teide National Park (Parque Nacional del Teide) with its spectacular volcanic scenery. Those interested in astronomy can also participate in stargazing group trips. The coastal town of El Médano, 25 minutes drive away, is fantastic for kite and wind surfing.You can also climb nearby Montaña Roja (Red Rock) which juts out into the sea in less than an hour, it's a great spot for watching the planes come into Tenerife South airport. Just 20 minutes away is Vilaflor, the highest village in Spain, where there are several vineyards making wine tasting also an option.
