Breathtaking ocean front views, plenty of onsite amenities, and several local attractions await you at this very spacious and private Brigadune four bedroom penthouse.. Description - The Brigadune is a high rise building located on Shore Drive, a peninsula, about half way between the NC state line and the City of Georgetown, SC. This peninsula makes this part of the 60 mile Grand Strand more secluded and private from most of the vacationers of the Grand Strand. This 60 mile strip has beautiful wide white sand on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean, in Myrtle Beach, SC. There are about 100 golf courses to play and most of these courses are within 30 miles of the Brigadune. The Brigadune offers an outdoor pool (heated in Spring and Fall), Tennis courts, 2 gas BBQ grills, a picnic area, 2 elevators, an onsite employee 24/7, and extra parking for each condo unit.
A 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bath Condo, that sleeps 10, and is located on the private top floor. Access to the Penthouse floor requires a unique elevator code. This code changes each month for additional security. This floor has its own private lounge and a magnificent view of the Dunes Country Club and acres of salt water marsh on the backside of building. PH-C has two balconies. The large balcony covers all the Living area and half of the second ocean suit. This balcony has a 4 foot rail that has slates every 3 inches for superior ocean views. Also, this balcony has all new outdoor furniture and the second balcony is private and accessed through the Master Bedroom Suite.
The Living and Dining area is a very large room, about 34 feet deep. The living area has 2 sofas plus a queen-size sleeper sofa and 2 chairs that seat 10 to watch the 50” flat screen TV. The condo is equipped with wireless internet and the entertainment center also has a DVD, and stereo radio. The Dining area shares part of this 34x16 foot room. The Dining area has an extra-large table that seats 8 people under a beautiful chandelier. You can see the ocean while you use this area. It has a pass through to the kitchen and a pass through into the walk-in Bar room. The Kitchen has all the amenities to feed 10 people, a 5’ wide counter top pass through into the Dining area and offers a great view of the ocean, and a Marble top kitchen table and 4 chairs. The Refrigerator is a large 25 cu ft. Unit and a full size pantry that will hold a lot of groceries. The Bar room is a formal walk-in room with a refrigerator and sink, an 8.5’ pass through counter top, and has 3 bar chairs on the dining room side. You can stand in the Bar room and look out through the pass through and watch Sports on the Living room TV, and yes, still see the ocean. This is a great place to gather in the evenings.
The Master bedroom is very large, offers a view of the ocean through its private balcony, a King size bed, a 40” TV, a reclining reading chair, and a double vanity in this extra-large private bathroom. The second ocean suit has a King size bed, a 40” flat screen TV, and a sofa reading chair. The extra-large bathroom is across the hall and has a full side by side washer and dryer. The third bedroom has twin beds, a 37” TV, and a reading chair and access to a full bathroom adjacent to this bedroom. Each of these 3 bedrooms, have 3 foot wide entrance door, for wheel chair access. The fourth bedroom has a regular size bed, a flat screen 32"TV, and a private half bath. .
Unique features - All the ceilings were raised to 9 feet. Each room was accented with either a Recess or Tray ceilings. While the condo’s ceilings were open, several additional modifications were made to PH-C. Six smoke alarms were added and hard wired together so if one alarm goes off, they will all go off. The heating and cooling delivery system was also updated at this time to deliver 40% more efficient climate control. All windows and exterior door walls were converted to dual plain glass for better interior climate control. The window frames were replaced with new extra heavy gauge frames to with-stand the winds from bad storms. One foot of insulation was added to the ceiling to add more comfort to the interior during the cooling and heating seasons.
