Household is equipped for 4 persons: dishes, sheets & cloths, towels, washer, dryer, iron, stove & oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, food waste disposer, 11 fans (thereof 8 mounted to the ceiling), air conditioning, 4 radio including CC- & CD-player, 2 stereos, TV-sets, desktop computer, library boasting about 1,000 books, hundreds of entertaining media like CCs, CDs, DVDs
Nearest beach is about 15 minutes ride by car, nearest golf course is approx. 20 minutes ride by car.
The home is located in a regular residential zone. Our offer is addressed to travelers, who don't feel comfortable in a typical tourist surrounding.
Price is same for up to 4 people: We do not charge extra, no matter how many you are. However, the place is accommodated for up to 4 persons.
Lanai & pool deck caged: For your convenience pool area and lanai is caged, you'll be able to enjoy the sunset holding your drink in one and the paper in the other hand. The third hand you won't need, as all the mosquitoes are expected to be outside the cage.
The vacation home handover and return is performed by a knowledgeable representative.
Covering 820 square miles, Port Charlotte is located north of the Peace River with 165 miles of canals and waterways accessing Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. There are also miles and miles of natural shoreline bordering the Peace and Myakka Rivers, making it an ideal choice for waterfront living and recreation. In all, 14,004 private boats, 28 marinas, 15 public beach access sites, 13 boat ramps and two sailing schools dot the county’s extensive shoreline. The county also boasts about two dozen parks, numerous recreation areas and a federal wildlife refuge.
Twenty-one golf courses, tennis courts (10 public) and public pools, as well as four YMCAS get lots of use from residents. The waterways are sites for a host of competitive events, including fishing tournaments and boat/yacht races.
It’s also worth noting, the Everglades National Park, one of the most spectacular natural ecosystems in the United States, is only a short drive away.
