Beach chairs and a cooler are available for your use and enjoyment. There is a designated parking stall driveway + extra parking free on the street. The main floor has a calming bright living room to sit back and enjoy a glass of wine in or watch a movie by the fire. A custom modern kitchen is great to unwind and make a nice meal in, while the rest of the family is lounging in the family room or out on the patio. Kitchen has stainless appliances including room in the fridge for all your purchases after your wine touring. Powder room on main floor, plus washer/dryer facilities upstairs. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The Master bedroom has queen size bed, TV, sitting area. Additional bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed. Start the day watching the Okanagan Sunrise golfing, boating or skiing. Ceiling fans and fireplace provide comfort for all seasons. Christmas is decorated including a beautiful tree!

Our beautiful three bedroom 1400 square foot condo, is well stocked and comfortable for families or friends. Located on the top floor of the three floor complex, we over look the Okanagan River and are right next to the sandy shores of the south end of Skaha Lake. The complex has a pool to enjoy in the late spring and summer months, and is adjacent to the beach and playground. The beach itself is sandy, and beautiful to spend the day at. We are walking distance to the pubic boat launch if you bring your boat with you, and you can tie up your boat in front of the condo in the river. Most times you will be able to see your boat from our deck and/or living room. Angling opportunities from spring to fall. There is plenty for everyone to do, with Penticton a 15 minute drive to the north of us, and Oliver about the same distance to the south. We are walking distance to groceries and liquor in the town of Okanagan Falls, and the famous Tickleberry's Icecream and gift shop that we visit at least twice during our stay. For your convenience; the condo is equipped with three tv's, family board games and novels. We also have a few outdoor games equipment, beach toys and chairs. There is a fold up wagon in the closet to use to bring up groceries in the elevator, or take to the park/beach. If you like to golf or visit wineries, there are plenty of golf courses and wineries in the area close by. Apex Mountain (45 minutes) and Mount Baldy (60 minutes), are famous for skiing/boarding and other family activities in the winter months. Whether you come to relax with a book, or explore all the south Okanagan has to offer, we know you will enjoy your stay and will want to return!

Whether you are just looking for a place to relax and wind down or just wanting to do some wine tasting this is the place for you. My place is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need.There is never a shortage of things to do in the Okanagan. You can go for a bike ride on the kettle valley trail just behind the condo. Mount Baldy and Apex are just a drive away to go play in the snow.Boating in the summer on beautiful Skaha Lake. There are an abundance of award winning wineries in the Okanagan . The Choice is yours. **no cable *** ***Boat can be moored approx. Just 50 feet from my condo.**** Here are a couple of reviews of my place from guests that have stayed: Our short stay was really great. The location was perfect, easy walk to the lake and beach and grocery store. The condo was clean, well stocked and had absolutely everything we needed. The description and pictures were accurate. The owner was extremely helpful and was quick to answer any questions we had. Our family of 6 had a great time and would love to make it a yearly family holiday. Our week in OK Falls Skaha Lake Paradise was amazing. The accommodations were excellent and the proximity to various activities made our stay exciting and lots of fun. Our adult children and their spouses had a great time also...We would definitely recommend this place and hope to maybe go there again some time. Looking forward to having you stay with us!!

From the world famous Penticton Farmers market every Saturday to week-long Peachfest, everything happens this end of town and you'll be right in the heart of entertainment, but far enough away for a good night sleep. In the meantime, please enjoy the one block proximity to the Lake. Also, The Golf Course, Hockey School, Event Center, Casino, Visitor & Wine Center, Channel Float & Beaches are all with in blocks of this home. During winter, for hockey or ski season, the House is only 25 minutes to Apex Mountain Resort - skiing, outdoor hockey rinks & skating loop are great fun on winter break!

What an absolute hidden gem. I could sit on that patio sipping Okanagan wine, gazing at the million dollar view for the next 50 years and never get bored of it. Although Summerland is quite small, we were never out of things to do. There are several wineries footsteps away, the Naramata Bench just across the water and Penticton a short drive down the road. The suite, itself, was very well kept and always clean. We could not have been happier with the choice we made to stay in Summerland, and would highly recommend this property to all family and friends.

Floating down the river channel, Were in the middle of wine country, Wine tours, Challenge Penticton, Peach fest, with the beaches of Okanagan Lake to the north and Skaha Lake to the south, summer in Penticton is the time to get wet. During the Summer - the Unit is only available for 7 night stays - Saturday to Saturday. Spectacular Lake and mountain view from house. Rates are based upon 6 people with a maximum of up to 6 adults and up to 2 children (some exceptions for 8 adults can be made for the right groups). The house would also suit 4 adults and up to 4 children. 8 adults can be accommodated with approval and with an adjusted rate. Primary renter must be 30 years old or older. Property is not suitable for young groups wishing to party. Noise restrictions apply. Quiet time after 10 PM outside.
