The well renowned East Coast Trail runs along the edge of the property. Guests have exclusive use of the entire main floor and property surrounding the house, to the oceanfront. There is a barbecue available and Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy your surroundings. The host may be staying in the downstairs apartment, will ensure guests’ privacy and will be available by phone, text, or email to promptly answer any questions about the house, the area and/or activities available in the area.
