This home is a 7 minute drive north of Vernon, on the west shore of Swan Lake. Outside, there is huge yard / garden (5 acres), big deck with good views up the valley, volleyball court, dock, and access to Swan Lake for a small boat or kayak. You'll find open-plan living downstairs with most bedrooms upstairs. The pictures will give you a good feel for the place. The lake foreshore is not suitable for swimming but if you like to canoe, kayak or fish - it's perfect. There is a small dock for non-motorised craft.

Our beautiful Chalet was newly restored in 2021, featuring detailed wood work and modern finishing. With 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a large deck with BBQ, it is our largest accommodation at Bear Valley Highlands. Tucked away in the forest, it is only a short walk from the lake and offers ultimate privacy. The living room includes a cast iron wood stove for those cooler nights and extra large windows make it an airy, light space to relax. Sustainability is at our heart, the Chalet is powered by a state of the art solar power system.

Casa Azul is a brand new, cozy cabin on a shared 5 acres in Armstrong in the North Okanagan. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck with the sounds of the birds and views of the countryside. Walk in the front door to an open cabin with tall ceilings and large windows for all that bright light. The brand-new kitchen has everything you need for a quiet night inside. There is a cozy living room with a pullout couch. Head upstairs to the open, loft bedroom with a king size bed. The bunkroom is located just outside the side door, it’s attached to the cabin but not right inside the main living area. Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom Loft: King Bed (sleeps 2) Bunk Room (attached): Single/Single Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) Living Room: Pullout Couch (sleeps 2) Single Cot – could be used in the main living space if needed, just ask. This cabin is about 30 minutes from Vernon, 60 minutes from Silver Star Mountain and 12 minutes from Armstrong. It is just a quick walk to the infamous Caravan Farm Theatre. You will also find Farmstrong Cider close by. Casa Azul has a quiet, shared hot tub for you to use during your stay and is open during the winter season. During the spring, summer and fall, there is a $25 charge to open the hot tub and must be done upon request. There is also a sauna that you could use but there will be an extra charge – just ask. There is also a small BBQ for you to use on your deck. There is no cable but there is a smart TV and Roku Box for you to use. Casa Azul is a fully equipped suite with its own laundry facilities. The full kitchen has stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and pantry with all the conveniences. You can eat at the island in the kitchen, at the table or why not take a picnic outside. It is no problem to have a few beverages or a fire in the firepit (as long as there is no fire restrictions in the area) on the beach since it is private property. There are three patios to choose from and a large deck with a gas BBQ and hot tub. There is a buoy for your boat or seadoo. There is a wide variety of Wineries, farm markets, orchards and u-picks nearby. We are close to walking and hiking trails as well as several world class golf courses (the rise, predator ridge). Nearby attractions include Silver star mountain resort, Ellison park, bx creek trails, waterfall and cidery, Atlantis water park. O'Keefe historic ranch, parachute jumping, paragliding, bike paths, rail trail, festivals, etcetera. After a great day out, you can relax in the hot tub or enjoy a fire in the firepit.

Welcome to our unit at the Outback Lakeside Resort. This unit is located overlooking the Trout Lake pond minutes walk from Okanagan Lake. The resort features 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, tennis courts, fitness center, playground, and a marina. A pool and tennis courts are located down the path, a 2 minute walk. Take advantage of the court with Tennis rackets provided and then cool off with a dip in the pool. Kids tired of the water?? Walk on down to the playground or the Owner's club lounge for some shadier activities. The unit boasts a stack of games to add to your family fun. While the kids are playing foosball in the Owners club you can fit in a workout at the fitness center down the hall. Love lawn games. There is a good size green space perfect for any game your family enjoys. If Mountain biking is your thing, there are mountain bike trails a 2 minute drive from the resort. This is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom unit with ample space to social and relax. The kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker (grounds and reusable insert available), a blender for smoothies or margaritas, and basic cooking and eating supplies. We are on the lake

This 4400 square ft home boasts incredible views of Kalamalka Lake, the valley and beautiful vineyards. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large walk-in closet and beautiful en suite with jetted tub. There are two other bedroom upstairs, one with a queen size bed and the other with a double bed. The open concept dining room is very inviting. The views from the living room are breathtaking through the floor to ceiling windows. The large deck overlooks the most beautiful lake in the Okanagan. The downstairs has a beautiful pool table, fooseball, large sectional, private theatre, a gym (with a queen Murphy bed), and a ping pong table. The view from the lower deck is incredible. There are two gas fireplaces. This home is only a 10 minute walk from the public beach, water toy rentals and bike rentals. Only 10 minute drive to downtown Vernon and 40 minute drive from Kelowna. The beautiful RailTrail is only a short walk away. Enjoy walking or bike riding along beautiful Kalamalka and Wood Lakes.
