Located in the most central area of Belgrade, (km 0) the apartment is walking distance from all the interesting areas of the city, yet, being on the ground floor and first floor, it is very quiet. Garden is big and well maintained, with fruit trees, grass and flowers. There are many very popular cafe bars and restaurants nearby the apartments. There is a green market Kalenic within 5 minutes walk, where you can buy everything fresh directly from farmers. There is also a large supermarket work 0/24h 200 meters away, where one can buy almost anything. The apartment has 5 bedrooms, large living area, 3 bathroom with WC, fully fitted kitchen, laundry and towels, heating as well as air conditioning. The flat will be cleaned and the bedding changed right before your arrival, and towels will be fresh. The building is 30 years old, though it was fully redone in 2008. It has modern design interior. Belgrade is not a beautiful city in the traditional way. It is, though, quite charming and alive. If you need a pharmacy or to rent a car you have it around a corner. If you want to get here by plane, the apartments are located 18 km from the airport. You can get there both by public transportation and by taxi which has a set price of approx. 12 EUR. It is very quiet place with little traffic, lots of trees and nice park with playground for children and many nice coffee bars. There is bus line No24 and No26 with a direct connection with historical center of city in 10 minutes. On the corner of the street there is rent car agency.

On the plot prevails luxurious Mediterranean horticulture with hundreds of years old olive trees, palm trees, magnolias, lavender and so on as well as a multitude of carved stone details such as rare large stone table with chairs for dining with accompanying bar and stone bar stools, barbecue, fountains and sculptures. Both villas have the top two floors connected by an internal communication, while the three separate units at the ground floor have separate entrances. The richly decorated interiors are made of hand-hewn stone, old mortar, Roman brick and hand-carved wood and furnished with restored antique furniture from the 18th and 19th centuries. Beds with their short dimensions out of this period are especially restored and prolonged by today's highest standards. Each villa has one large room for a common room, one of which is associated with a wine cellar. In one of the villas lies a large fitness room with whirlpool, sauna and changing rooms with showers. In several activity rooms, guests can relax by playing in one of the three pianos, or have fun with 2 billiards, table tennis, darts, table football, table hockey, a game console, and the use of free and unlimited Wi-Fi with signal covering the entire property. In the yard is a playground with a sandbox where there is a multitude of children's content for the youngest guests.The special microclimate of the area along the river and wide stone walls of the villa enable pleasant vacation with summer heat during the day and the pleasant night temperatures without any major need to use (existing) air conditioning. The world famous pebble and sandy beaches of Makarska Riviera can be reached in 20-25 minutes by car, and in the vicinity there is also the town of Imotski with the natural phenomena of the Red and the Blue Lake. In addition to Imotski and Makarska, for day trips we recommend a tour of historic towns under UNESCO protection Split, Trogir, Dubrovnik and Omis and the National Nature Park Biokovo which is to be seen in the distance fro the estate. Only 2-3 km away from Ližnjan there is the tourist settlement of Medulin where, in summer, many events for amusement and pleasure take place, including two discotheques, lunapark, various colourful stands, aquagan and similar.

Summer weather is usually reliably sunny and 18-22C. The living area of the chalet is 121 square meters and it stands on a 200 sq meter plot. There are two double bedrooms - one with an en-suite bathroom. There is a second bathroom. Both bathrooms have shower enclosures. The second bedroom is actually slightly bigger than the first. Both bedrooms could be arranged either as a double bedroom or as a twin bedroom. There is certainly adequate sofa space to sleep two more people downstairs.
