It is very close (about 800 meters) to the Politeama and Massimo Theaters, and the shopping area with luxury boutiques and stores. The flat has a kitchen, one bathroom, one bedroom with a King size bed, one dressing room, and a living area furnished with a great comfortable sofa and a television set. The living room has a wide balcony. Both the bedroom and the living room are air-conditioned, with a single unit each. The apartment has been completely renovated on august 2012 and we have a WiFi connection. Near the apartment (walking distance), you can find many interesting sites to visit, like Villa Malfitano, La Zisa, La Cuba, Le Catacombe dei Cappuccini, and many many others. Our location is perfect for visiting all architectural and historical treasure of Palermo, like the wonderful gothic Cathedral, the Palatine Chapel (Cappella Palatina) and the Royal Palace (Palazzo Reale dei Normanni), the Castello della Zisa, with the Museum of Islamic Civilization, and the Cuba. You can use the close urban bus station (about 50mt) to be connected to the airport, train station, or Mondello beach... At less than 50 mt from the apartment, easily reachable on foot, the entire area is full of shops, supermarkets, small restaurants and pizzerias!

In the apartment, you will relax in the spacious living-room (books, board games, DVDs). The sofa bed can be turned into a single or king size bed and the dining table can accommodate 8-10 people. The cottage is well placed for touring Ireland. This cottage is Irish Tourist Board approved and has been lovingly restored, keeping as much as possible of the 'Old World' character of the cottage while adding all the modern comforts. The wide bridge which crosses the River Shannon to County Galway opens the way to tour the west of Ireland. Banagher is famous for its Irish music pubs, river cruises, golf courses, Bog walks and rail tours, great Fishing, Excellent super markets and shops, Restaurants, and Hotels.
