The complex has a pool to enjoy in the late spring and summer months, and is adjacent to the beach and playground. The beach itself is sandy, and beautiful to spend the day at. We are walking distance to the pubic boat launch if you bring your boat with you, and you can tie up your boat in front of the condo in the river. Most times you will be able to see your boat from our deck and/or living room. Angling opportunities from spring to fall. There is plenty for everyone to do, with Penticton a 15 minute drive to the north of us, and Oliver about the same distance to the south. We are walking distance to groceries and liquor in the town of Okanagan Falls, and the famous Tickleberry's Icecream and gift shop that we visit at least twice during our stay. For your convenience; the condo is equipped with three tv's, family board games and novels. We also have a few outdoor games equipment, beach toys and chairs. There is a fold up wagon in the closet to use to bring up groceries in the elevator, or take to the park/beach. If you like to golf or visit wineries, there are plenty of golf courses and wineries in the area close by. Apex Mountain (45 minutes) and Mount Baldy (60 minutes), are famous for skiing/boarding and other family activities in the winter months. Whether you come to relax with a book, or explore all the south Okanagan has to offer, we know you will enjoy your stay and will want to return! -
