    This is a cottage on a private lake 25 miles north of Scranton PA - just a 2 to 3 hour drive from the greater Philly or NYC metropolitan areas. The quiet lake is great for swimming, boating and fishing. It's a motor boating lake but has floating islands so it's a quiet lake (not for jet skis or fast boating). The cottage is located on a double lakefront lot with 160 feet of shoreline. The lot is level to the lake and the road. There's a floating dock with tie off cleats and a ladder. Also included in the rental is the use of 2 row boats with oars and a kayak with paddle, rafts, lawn games, a firepit and a gas grill. Our dining pergola overlooks the lake and has LED rope lighting for nighttime fun. Inside is a well stocked kitchen, dining area that seats up to 8, living room with a gas fireplace and queen size sofa sleeper, screened in porch and 1/2 bath. Upstairs has a full bath and 2 bedrooms and 2 alcoves to sleep 6. There are 2 garages, one being an oversize garage that will easily fit large SUVs or pick up trucks.
