Sun, sand, and surf: When you stay at Hawaiian Inn 415, you’ll enjoy all that and more. The balcony of the 1-bedroom condo overlooks one of the complex’s swimming pools and, just beyond, the sugary white sands of Daytona Beach and the sparkling blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
Hawaiian Inn’s proximity to the beach means you can stroll from your front door to the surf in no time. It also means you can hit the beach several times throughout the day without having to load up the car with a day’s worth of gear and then battle traffic. Paddleboard in the morning, kayak in the afternoon, enjoy a moonlit walk at night—sheer bliss!
On the way to the beach, however, you might find yourself distracted by Hawaiian Inn’s numerous amenities, such as the large oceanfront pool. There’s an indoor heated pool too, plus a wading pool for the kids. When you’re not swimming in the pool, you can lounge on one of the many poolside chaises or enjoy a snack under the umbrella of a patio table. There’s even a poolside bar—how luxurious is that?
The kids will love Hawaiian Inn’s arcade room, shuffleboard courts, and 9-hole putting green. And everyone will enjoy a meal at the picnic area—especially if it’s been cooked on one of the charcoal grills. There’s nothing quite like grilling and dining outdoors among the salt-scented ocean breeze, with the lapping of the waves as background music.
As for unit 415 itself, the open-plan living/dining/kitchen area is decorated in classic Florida style: tiled floors (delightfully cool to walk on barefoot after a day at the beach), white wicker furniture, soothing sandy colors. There’s room for the whole family to kick back and watch a movie on the large HDTV with cable or to play a game of Monopoly or Uno at the dining table or the breakfast bar, each of which seats 4 people.
Numerous restaurants are within walking distance (including the Ohana Grill right on the pool deck!), but sometimes it’s more relaxing—and more affordable—to eat in. That’s why the kitchen of Hawaiian Inn 415, though compact, is equipped with all the appliances, cookware, utensils, and tableware you’ll need, whether you’re preparing a gourmet feast, brewing coffee in the morning, or making milkshakes at night.
The bedroom is furnished with 2 double beds so that up to 4 people can sleep there. Another 2 can stretch out on the living room futon, enabling Hawaiian Inn 415 to sleep 6 people in all. The bedroom has its own TV, plus ample storage. There’s additional storage in the bathroom, which includes a combo shower/tub.
With the beach, the ocean, pools, and more just outside your door, you could happily while away your entire stay on the premises and just beyond. But then you’d be missing out on such must-sees as Daytona International Speedway (you can take a tour and see the Motorsports Hall of Fame), the Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Pier (fishing, amusement rides, arcade games, go-karts), Daytona Lagoon Waterpark, golf, tennis, the Marine Science Center, shopping, and more. Even the Orlando theme parks are only a 90-minute ride away. And if you need help deciding what to do next or booking tickets, Hawaiian Inn has a concierge at your service!
When you stay at Hawaiian Inn 415, you can indulge in the ultimate Florida experience. Whether that means lounging by the pool with a book and a frosty drink, pumping up the adrenaline while kite-surfing or jet-skiing, or building sandcastles and searching for shells with the little ones is totally up to you. Before you can do anything, though, you need to book your stay—so go ahead, and get ready to make some amazing memories.
