There is a town beach and also local sandy beaches at Kaputas and Patara. There are historic sites at Patara and Letoon and for anyone interested, the famous Lycian Way trekking route passes 200m below the villa.

In Ližnjan during the summer several bars including those on beach are opened. A picturesque little port tells us that we are in a place that has always lived upon the benefits of the sea. The hidden part of unpolluted sea and indented coastline with its rocks and gravel reveals the beauty of 28 km long unsettled coast. Only 2-3 km away from Ližnjan there is the tourist settlement of Medulin where, in summer, many events for amusement and pleasure take place, including two discotheques, lunapark, various colourful stands, aquagan and similar.

A little out of the main Kalkan town yet still easy access to the centre. Getting there is not at all difficult as there are many flights by the major UK airlines directly into Dalaman from April to October and the Villa is just a 90 minute drive from there, we are happy to arrange transfers either by private taxi or car hire. Alternatively you may prefer to fly into Antalya which is approximately 2.5-3 hours drive.
